Ordered 2 pairs of boots on 12/21/22, their email reply stated 8-10 days with free shipping, I still have not received my order, I’ve tried contacting them several times & I got one vague reply stating my items were shipped, but can’t seem to track them. ALSO, my order total was $56.08, but see that they charged $67.30 to my CC !!!!! How is this ok?? Who can we report this to?? I am so mad & sick to my stomach that they are scamming so many people yet seem to be getting away with it! I’m gonna try reporting them via FB since that’s where they have so many ads, this just shouldn’t be happening. SHAME ON THEM!!!!
Of note, when I placed the order it was being shipped in the U.S., but when I clicked on my purchase link after placing my order, it said they were being shipped from the UK, then Italy, & now my tracking number shows nothing.

This is the worst Company I’ve ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. 1 star is too much.
When my order finally arrived, the ‘snow boots’ were more like slippers AND they delivered the wrong size. I have asked for a refund. There was no delivery note with product - they say the right size was delivered but don’t seem able to prove it. I’ve insultingly been offered £4.84. I am asking for £35.
I will continue to harass them until I get my money back. Useless product and even worse customer service

If I could give a zero I would. I waited 30 days for my boots, they never arrived. They kept on telling me it was transportation problems. How long does it take to get from Cedar Rapids, IA to Pittsburgh, PA. I could have walked there in the cold weather faster than it took for them to tell me where it was located. Never again will I purchase anything unless it is a legit company. I cancelled the order which I purchased via credit card. Thank goodness!!!!

This company is a scam. I bought a “leather” jacket - but it was polyurethane. It was written in the very fine print.
Tried canceling my order under 24 hours of placing it (it hadn’t even shipped!)
They said no, and to “please trust them I will love it”.
The jacket came, it is lousy quality and smells like cheap plastic.
There’s zero customer service. I’m more than likely going to pay to ship it back to Hong Kong which is more than the cost of the product.

I am super disapointed - the shoes are the lowest Quality I have ever seen in my life.
I am shocked - it took over 2 month until the shoes were delivered.
Worst service - I would so love to have my money back - tje shoes are not worth 3 $ .
I am very shocked and super sad, that hera-gorgeous does not offer any reimbursement for the supersuperlow quality, actually no quality at all - and the forever deliverytime…
I hope God will take revenge over you sheisty scammers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERA. Would be no stars if possible. Paid for expedited shipping. Boots arrived 4 weeks late. No shipping refund. My wife didn’t like the boots. She thought they would be warmer. Very thin fur/insulation. So I tried to return them. After going round and round for a few days, I was told that they shipped the size I ordered so they would not take them back. Terrible customer service experience. So so boots.

Never received the item, never got a refund. Total scam. Do not buy anything from them.

Same experience as the rest of the reviews. The “8-10 days shipping” that I paid for actually took 3 1/2 weeks. The boots are made cheaply and smell horribly of chemicals, and are way too big. I’m in process with them right now on email trying to get a refund, but I doubt I will based on the rest of the reviews below. I probably just wasted nearly $47.90 (including CA sales tax, which was NOT shown on my receipt. I found out after the fact by checking my PayPal history).

The return address on my package is from a “Jane” in Cedar Grove, NJ, and when I Googled the address I got the company ModLily - which is an entirely different company name. I contacted ModLily and they said they are not connected to “Hera Gorgeous.” Something scammy is going on.

When I Googled “Hera Gorgeous” I learned that they’re a scam site based in China. STAY AWAY.

Don’t buy things from unknown, fly-by-night companies on Facebook ads, like this one. Or at least Google the company info before handing over your hard-earned money. 90% of them are scammers.

I ordered boots for my daughter for christmas. Useless boots, to big and with a smell of chemicals arrived a month after I have ordered…I reach out to the company, but they didn’t help. They answered with a useless standard mail.
These boots suck and are NOT what they claim to be. The soles are not the same. They are sooooo cheaply made and there is no fur around the ankles. They refuse to refund even though they have a refund policy.

Cheap quality, reaks of glue, wrong sizing. Took 4 weeks to get in. "Money-back guarantees" is a full-blown lie.

Boots arrived... very poor quality, like flocked cardboard.
PLUS size is at least 1 size to 1.5 sizes too big. There's a good inch past my toes. Took pictures next to 6 other pair of booties and the size difference is clear. (Wish I could add them here!)
Have been going back and forth with Customer Service in China even though return address on Boots is New York. They say no refund if returned there.
Have offered me $7 as compensation and suggest I find someone to give them to. >:[
Plus I just realized my order confirmation is for $38.32 and I see on my credit card statement I was charged $47.90! WTH?!

Customer service is diabolical they offer me $5,or to send them back to china(of course am not going to do that) as be more than I've paid for them.I've taken photos send it to themstill no joy.

When they finally arrived, they were huge, smelt like burnt plastic, and were the absolute worst quality you can imagine. Thin fabric, no structure, useless. I complained and they said they were the correct size (I ordered 40 and they sent 41) and after email ping pong suggested I gave them to a friend and would I like 3USD compensation. Their returns policy online doesn't figure because they will never honour it

Garbage! You are better off to take a match to you money than buy these! Way too big, not even close to the size I ordered and super crappy quality! I wasn’t expecting them to be great but these are the cheapest made product I have ever seen!

If I could give a ZERO star review I would. These boots are so poorly made and they are 2-3 sizes too big. I contacted customer service and they just keep giving me the run-around, apologizing for me not liking them but not offering any sort of refund even though their web-site says 100% satisfaction guarantee. I could deal with the poor quality and wear them as work boots outside or something but they are 2-3 sizes too big and look like clown shoes. Their refund policy is a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Warning! Do not buy these! Seriously when I asked for a refund for 3 pair, they tried to give me $0, then $5 total then $6 total!!!!!! If anyone wears more like a 9, they're welcome to them. Crunched from shipping but if you fit in them it might help. Not shipped all cute!

Awful boots. What a waste of money! Not only do they not look like the photos but they have no support and are so cheaply made!!! Worst pair of boots I’ve ever ordered.

My husband bought a pair of the brown boots for me for Christmas. Their quality they brag about DEFINITELY is nothing to brag about. They are very poorly made and mine are about 1 to 1.5 sizes to big. I've been dealing with their customer service for over a week trying to return them for a refund and SO FAR they have offered me $6.50 and I get to keep the boots THAT don't fit. SIX DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS..the return policy on their website is nothing but a lie! They are not made in the USA as their website says, mine were shipped from Hungary. VERY POORLY MADE BOOTS AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I only gave 1 star for getting the color correct.

Ordered a pair of warm boots during the cold snap. they arrived after about 3 weeks and I was appalled at the poor quality. i might as well have put my feet in paper bags! They were thin and useless. When I tried to return them I was informed that it would cost me too much to return so they would offer me $5 compensation and i could keep them! i paid nearly $40 for some useless rubbish. Do not buy from this company!!!

Ordered a pair of boots three months ago when they finally arrived, you could not even get your foot into the boot hole. I reached out to the company, they requested a SKU number which I sent and pictures of the boots. No one has reached back out and I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. Do not buy from this company.
