A disorganized company that I don’t recommend dealing with.
I don't recommend dealing with this store. For three weeks, they didn't give a precise date for inspection before shipping the order. They also refused to cancel the order. We provided passports and cards and negotiated by phone and email, which apparently isn't enough for this store. They may simply want to hold on to your money for several months, so be vigilant.

Depending on the outcome of each verification step, additional checks may be required before an order can be approved for shipment.
In this case, despite the cooperation received, our Security & Compliance Team was ultimately unable to complete the verification process to the standard required by our internal policies. As a result, the order could not be released for shipment and was cancelled. A full refund was issued to the original payment method.
We appreciate the time you dedicated throughout the process and regret any inconvenience caused. Protecting the integrity of every transaction is a responsibility we cannot compromise, even when this means declining an order.

Vorab: Ich habe (noch) nicht von hier bestellt, möchte aber dennoch den so tollen Kundenservice loben.
Ich war mir unsicher bzgl. 2 Taschen und habe nach mehr Infos und Bildern gefragt. Nach nur wenigen Stunden erhielt ich super viele Detailbilder mit allen möglichen Infos, um mir bei der Entscheidung zu helfen.
Zudem sind die Preise super! Ich hatte einige Taschen zunächst auf der bekannten Vermittlungsseite SACLÀB gesehen. Dort war die Tasche teils 2.000€ teurer. Demnach würde ich definitiv lieber bei der „Quelle“ bestellen.
Da ich zu lange gezögert habe, war die Tasche leider schnell verkauft ansonsten hätte ich definitiv bei dem Service bestellt! - Vielen Dank
