We’re sorry to hear about your experience with our customer support. Being told to “simply just hit download” and then being left waiting for two hours isn’t the level of support we aim to provide.

Sometimes issues can occur during the setup process, especially if you’re inexperienced with setting everything up, which is exactly why our support team is there to help guide you through it. Please also keep in mind that our support team members operate across different time zones, so response times can occasionally vary.
