Hen Weekends Omdömen 

They were great. We had a whole weekend planned out which didn’t go ahead because of Covid but then rejigged my weekend and made it a virtual one.
The transition was seamless and the team were amazing, making sure everything was what we needed :)

I cannot recommend this company enough our poor bride to be has had to cancel her wedding twice now and Ellie Reeves has done an amazing job taking care of it all without any stress at all!!! Thankyou so much 5 star service!!!

Right from the start I have received exceptional service, all members of staff have been so helpful, accommodating and efficient. When originally booking with Natalie for a May 2020 hen do, she couldn't have been any more helpful and kind (we all know how stressful planning Hen dos can be with different opinions and expectations from friends/family, and poeple we don't know sometimes) but Natalie made it easy; nothing was a problem and no question was silly. The online payment service is the best and so helpful with tracking everyone is paying on time.
Due to the pandemic we asked to move the event by a year to May 2021 (throughout this as well people have dropped off and then rejoined due to changes) but this was never a problem and the changes were so efficient, at no extra cost and Lucy was so understanding and accommodating. However now it's been decided the wedding is being moved to 2022, so again we've asked to move the hen do, and Poppy has helped by sorting the changes and will be in touch if there are any problems (fingers crossed there aren't and the event locations can accommodate the new dates). This pandemic has caused so much uncertainty to people and companies and I cannot thank everyone with how kind and accommodating they have been with the changes. It can't be easy not being able to fulfill events due to a pandemic. I would highly recommend using this company with what I have experienced so far, were all hoping the event itself is going to be amazing and so much fun which going from precovid Reviews it should be!!

Been waiting since May for a refund for 10 people. Only would deal with lead passenger, mother of the bride who had enough to deal with. Kept promising, now no longer taking calls or answering emails. This company also own the Escape Room in Nottingham, thieves!! @OffLimits avoid them, they are absolute crooks!!!

Due to go on my hen weekend May 2020 and obviously it didn’t happen due to Covid 19. We emailed 3 times asking if our event was cancelled with no response and then told we could postpone the event, something we didn’t want to do as it would be dearer at a different time in the year. Backed into a corner and forced to cancel as it will not happen and now they refuse to give me a full refund. They said they are keeping the deposit because I cancelled on them but what other choice do I have. The event could not go ahead as everywhere was closed so would loose my money anyway. Sick company, making money in the time of a global pandemic. Will take goodness knows how long to get my part refund as they said they can’t process it until they are back in the office. This is failure to fulfil the contract at their end and I will be taking this further to recover our deposits. Plus, the staff are really unhelpful and have terrible customer service skills. All you get back is attitude.
Nearly a year on now and still no money. Don’t reply to emails or take calls. I approached the company director who does not email back either. Thieves.

OL Hen Weekends should be avoided.
My fiancée was due to have her hen weekend in May 2020 which can no longer can ahead due to the worldwide pandemic Covid19.
As it can no longer go ahead OL Hen Weekends claim it was the party who cancelled and not the company. This despite having an automated message on their phones saying all events are cancelled until further notice. Or “postponed” as they will claim. On numerous emails they were asked if they were cancelling the event and each occasion the party was ignored.
The customer service from the staff “responding” to emails is atrocious. The language and tone was extremely unprofessional.
All action will of course be taken further.
Company should be avoided at all costs.
