Hens with Pens is artist-founded and run we are on a mission to bring fun and fabulous themed life drawing to any event, Hen, Stag, Birthday, Anniversary... or just because it's Saturday!
All our teams have experience of working with diverse groups as well as all our fabulous hens so whoever you are you will be made most welcome... have a party art event for everyone! We offer a variety of party types:

Life Drawing - Nude Art Options
You'll have 60 or 90 mins with both a Model & Artist or Model only to really get those creative juices flowing. Unless otherwise requested the model will be nude and will adopt a variety of poses for everyone to draw under the guidance of tutor. This will be game or activity led by the tutor.
Drag & Draw
You'll have 90 mins with both a fabulous Queen & Tutor to really get those creative juices flowing. This is a flamboyant & colourful non-nude party option suitable for all. Our Queen will adopt a variety of poses for everyone to draw under the guidance of a tutor with plenty of their exceptional banter. This will be game or activity led by the tutor. This party has a special gift for the bride provided.
Blended Life Art & Arty Butler
For this party, you will have 60 or 90 mins with a model/butler only. Unless otherwise requested the model/butler will be nude and will blend a mix of life drawing and butlering. This will be game or activity led by the model and will also include serving your drinks. This party has a special gift for the bride provided.
Sip n Paint
A choice of 60 or 120 minute art sessions that are not life-drawing based. Our tutor will come and guide you and your guests through a themed session of art activities, whatever theme you agree with your tutor you're sure to have a lot of fun!.
Come Dance with Us!
Youll have 90 mins with one of our professional dance instructors teaching you how to do the moves for a dance style of your choice, ranging from Latin and Salsa, through Burlesque and Dirty Dancing to Cheer Leading and more formal ballroom dances. We can create a theme for the hour allowing you to bring perhaps 'Strictly' or 'Flash Dance' to your special weekend. Our dance parties are full of energy and fun and a great complement to our drawing and painting packages. *Regional restrictions apply.
Need a Venue?
The most cost-effective location for your event is always your home or your accommodation, be that hotel, airbnb or yurt! We can come to anywhere that is secluded from public viewing so the world is your oyster.. but.. ..if you are struggling just let us know on the booking form and one of our awesome team will do their best to find you a great location.Remember adding a venue will increase your party cost and we can still come to your venue if you'd like us to! This was one of the best life drawing…
This was one of the best life drawing experience we have all done, they were professional but had good banter, we learnt how to draw properly and Rita and julian made us feel completely at ease! Would definitely recommend!

Well …..what an incredible way to celebrate a 60th !!!
Well …..what an incredible way to celebrate a 60 th Birthday!!! From beginning to end Andrew and the team have been amazing & could not do enough for us when our plans had to change at the last minute last year .The 90 minute session of life drawing absolutely flew by & was full of fun and laughter throughout. Andrew came fully prepared with all materials , gave us lots of reassurance & encouragement to confidently participate in all the hilarious interactive games ..& in the process find some budding artists !! An absolutely brilliant night … would 💯 recommend to anyone !!! Big thanks Andrew for helping us make some unforgettable memories !!!

Drawing with Ginger Michael
We had 90 mins booked with Ginger Micheal (this is how he described himself, as apparently 2 Michael's at Hens & Pens).
We had an enjoyable time, he was very respectful and made us all feel very comfortable. He had lots of activities for us to do and kept us laughing...we had a great time.

Life Drawing Class for Stag Do
Clare held a life drawing class for a stag do that I arranged and she was absolutely brilliant. She called me in the days before the stag do to ask some questions about the stag, and plan some games for the event. Everybody absolutely loved it on the day - it was really good fun, and Clare was a joy to have around. Would highly recommend.

We had the fantastic Ginger Micheal and Juan for our life drawing. We had such a great time with the guys, so friendly, a great laugh and fun. We wanted to do something different for our friends hen do and thank god we did because she loved it, as did we!

Pub Paint & Sip
Hen and Pens came to my pub to host a paint and sip evening for the locals and it was amazing! Naomi brought the energy and was amazing at talking everyone through their paintings! Would 100% recommend and do it again

Highly Recommended!
Really great, fun experience. Great communication arranging the event and the life model was punctual and professional. He understood the vibe and characteristics of the group. We were a little unsure and nervous about what to expect, but we needn’t have been. I don’t think we’ve laughed so hard and for so long in a long time. I would highly recommend this activity.

Life drawing for hen do
We had the most amazing time with the life drawing session for our hen do! The host Jósef was fantastic—fun, professional, and made everyone feel completely at ease from the start. The whole experience was the perfect mix of cheeky and creative, with lots of laughs along the way.
Everything was really well organised, and the activities were engaging for all skill levels (even complete beginners!). It was such a unique and memorable way to celebrate, and the bride absolutely loved it.
I’d highly recommend this to anyone planning a hen party or group event—such a brilliant experience with the company from start to finish! Andrew was on hand for all questions and scenarios!

Great Laugh with friends
Our model Rob was fantastic. He was such a great laugh and made the session really fun. Some of the group didn't really know what to expect but once the session kicked off, it was one great big laugh, healthy competition and our bride-to-be had the best time. Rob was great at checking in with what the group/bride would feel comfortable with - which we really appreciated.
Amanda was really helpful regarding helping us choose the right package for the group.
Would 1000% use Hens and Pens again!

Brilliant night!
Everything about this experience was fantastic. Was absolutely hilarious and every single member of the hen party loved it. Adam remained professional, funny and respectful at all times, and also knew how to make the night very fun! Would absolutely recommend this to anyone planning a hen party

Amanda organised my team activity…
Amanda organised my team activity afternoon very well. We had over 40 staff who all took part in painting either a tote bag, vase, gin glass or water glass. We all had fun with music, team banter and refreshments and had one overall winner who won a prize for the best art work. I would definitely recommend Hens with Pens for a fun team building activity and having something to remember from the day, to take home.
