I wish you better luck the me should you decide to purchase a watch at Henry’s. I am not able to recommend Henry’s for watches.
I’ve read good reports (I rather suspect they have not done business with Henry). Unfortunately, mine is not good. After 8 iterations of back and forth with Henry, they have graciously offered a 20% refund of the purchase price for a watch which lasted less than an hour out of the box…50 hours from receipt of the watch. I went for a run, I looked at the watch for timing and the face of the watch was fogged up so badly I couldn’t read the time, but I could see fingerprints on the inside of the crystal….this was a man’s “military” digital sports watch rated to 50m.
I’ve kept my head up to give you a perspective of what happens at Henry’s when honoring their warranty.
The watches at Henry’s can be found on other sales platforms (Temu/Alibaba/Shein) for 1/15th the price. The customer service will be the same, if not better.

Very cheaply made and overpriced
The watch arrived from China, nicely packaged in a pretty box, suggesting very good quality. I wore the watch for a few weeks, then one day I found the thin metal backing had fallen off. Turns out the plastic body of the watch was cracked, and the watch literally fell apart, band and all. It was laughable.

Thank you for your message. Yes, you can definitely use a longer replacement strap, especially if the current one feels too short. Many customers with larger wrists switch to NATO straps, which are specifically designed to provide more length and comfort
Henry's watches not worth the aggravation
They looked like good watches on the surface but their customer service is crap and made in China like a lot of stuff these days. I placed my order on Jan 7th 2026 and received a message that I would receive my order by Jan 23rd and after a of not receiving anything I got in touch with my credit card company. Luckily I was reimbursed the money I spent. Some one, who called themselves Henry asked me to call back my cc company to reverse the money because the order was very close to being delivered but I wasn't buying it, literally! FU Henry's watches! Think twice before you place your order!

I thought I’ve got a dud. However I then thought maybe I’m not moving enough.
I then wound the watch manually (about 12/14 winds) & at this stage it appears to be working. Fingers crossed.

As the watch is automatic, it runs on the movement of your wrist. If it isn’t worn much, it may stop. Manually winding it about 10–15 turns, as you did, helps start the movement.

This is FRAUD and a SCAM
This is FRAUD and a SCAM - do NOT buy from here!
Was bought this and hadn’t seen the watch make before so did some research
- the images of ‘Henry’ on the website have been generated with AI.
- the Facebook page for this business was created April 2025 with their first post being about spending 33 years in the watch industry…
- if you google the brand names that are on the images of the watches (not Henry’s) you will find them available on aliexpress, alibaba, SHEIN and Temu for between $1-$10.
The watch itself is light (not what you want in a good watch), plastic, half of the dials are for decoration and the strap buckles feels like it may disintegrate.
I have reported the facebook page and the website to the fraud service in the uk - others should do the same.
Very disappointed that someone is trying to steal peoples money, looks like it has happened to many others.
