Best product on the market
Best product on the market! I use it every night. But sadly, the Hempe Ice (my favorite product) is now being shipped through the USA from the warehouse and with all of the tariff wars etc. and just the cost of shipping through the US, the costs have skyrocketed to be beyond my budget. Crazy! Last time for 3, $220!
When it was shipped by Royal Mail from the UK to Canada, it was reasonable and reliable. One order did not even arrive from the USA. So disappointing to me. I love this product!

Bought Ice and Hot
Bought Ice and Hot. Was not impressed with the product. Could not feel the heat or the cold. Put the product on a numbers of ways, after shower, before working out and made no difference.

People that know me understand I haveâŠ
People that know me understand I have had this pain in my groin area for over 5 years . Three hospitals and they still canât find anything wrong. Not been able to run has set me back. I started this Wednesday and Iâve been able to run not at full speed but a slow run Iâm not saying itâs cured me but I can run again

For anyone reading, here are the facts:
13 July: Order received
14 July: Dispatched by HEMPE using Royal Mail 24
15 July: Royal Mail recorded delivery attempt one
16 July: Royal Mail recorded delivery attempt two
22 July: One-star Trustpilot review left for HEMPE
24 July: You contacted us and confirmed that you had entered an incorrect delivery address
25 July: Royal Mail recorded a third delivery attempt
29 July: You collected the order from your local Royal Mail delivery office
You have since complained that the first card left by Royal Mail was unreadable, that Royal Mail failed to attend on an arranged day, and that you ultimately had to collect the parcel yourself. We understand why that was frustratingâbut those are complaints about Royal Mail, as you have acknowledged yourself.
You also state that we âdid nothingâ other than offer a refund once the parcel was returned. We dispatched your order within one working day to the address you provided. Until Royal Mail either delivered or returned the parcel, there was nothing available for us to refund. We cannot correct an address after dispatch, rewrite Royal Mailâs card, control its drivers or retrieve a parcel still within its delivery network.
You are, of course, a paying customer. However, that does not make HEMPE responsible for an incorrectly entered address or Royal Mailâs subsequent actions.
First-class product. Prompt dispatch. Incorrect address. Royal Mail complaint. One-star review for HEMPE.

Have used Hempe in the past for historic aches/injuries; this time it was a sprain, 2 days into a 5-day outdoor show, immediate relief and worked well with a brace support.

I've read and heard all the same hypeâŠ
I've read and heard all the same hype about CBD over the years. I've tried others in the past and didn't notice any relief. I assumed CBD was just another fad. Turns out, finding the correct formula was the key. HEMPE products have yet to let me down. I have suggested that others try them who have tried CBD products with no positive results. Everyone feels the same as I do. WOW, what a difference.

While not the biggest jar in the world, the product relief lasts throughout the day so per application cost works out good value for money.
Will re-order again soon.

This cream goes a long way and really works. I like the instant relief and the smell is pleasant too. It's helped my outer hip pain no end.
