Yesterday I completed career coaching course conducted by Hemant Deshpande and his team Viraj and Mayur. The structure, content and the delivery of the course is exceptional. The assignments which are part of the course are exhaustive. One needs to think through the thoughts to complete them. After assessment review feedback was so constructive that it's as good as a double course.

Over the course of these six coaching sessions, I have gained significant insights, despite speaking less and focusing more on active listening. From the initial discussions on coaching ethics to the exploration of my strengths, values, and skills, each assignment has provided valuable learning opportunities.

I would like to acknowledge Haemant and his team for their guidance, which has been instrumental in helping me better understand my capabilities. The feedback received after each session's assignment has been incredibly helpful in my development.

I am confident that, with continued focus and effort, I will be ready to launch my career coaching venture within the next 5-6 months.

I have attended the 7 weeks training with ICF pcc coach hemant Despande ji and it was fabulous 7 weeks of exploration stepping into greater potency of self & upscaling my knowledge in the coaching arena with the ICF accreditation.
Being a wellness-consciousness coach myself I was looking to enhance my skills further and the 7 weeks training has immensely contributed to the learning process.

To add more, the Career Coach Certification is great course for its simplicity at one level and yet the thoroughness in terms of the demand in the assignments, the very well thought out reasoning behind the assignments, the insights and clarity one gains after the assignments, the buddy coaching experience, the great supportive mentoring support I got as well as the understanding I got from the whole team.

Through out the session Hemant and his team were professional and excellent communicator .His ability to create a challenging and excellent session brought out my hidden potentials on peer coaching

Superb, it was a life altering experience with Hemant in CCC program. I got values that drives me in life and got immense clarity of what is my purpose. I got that I am the source of transformation to people in the world and I am on this journey.

Session was extremely useful to reinforce the ideas learnt during the Career Coaching course. It was good that this was done almost 6 weeks after the course as this helps in reflecting back and also course correcting. I attended 1-2-1 coaching mastery session in APR2024. The programmed is designed for trained coaches and helps coaches to understands the opportunities and challenges to become a master coach. Especially, i liked he session on Discovery meetings. I recommend this class to all the coaches out there.
