Please do not use them! Never met the requirements I had stipulated personally created a guide to be followed - this was not done. Asked for the the expert to contact me so I can give examples to do - once again this was not done. Stipulated for the paper to follow English grammar however American grammar was followed. Citations were not properly cited in the paper. They’ll agree to your word count then expect you to pay extra for more words when you’re not satisfied. Paper was ineligible to submit as it didn’t entail the information required. Spent the night redoing the whole paper. Customer service is rubbish. Despite putting a complaint with evidence they will still deny and apparently the complaints were “unfair” they have stated that they will make amendments to the paper but not much use when you’ve submitted the paper Honestly stick to using chat gpt and save your money

During first try, customer service was great however proof wasn’t in the pudding score low. Criteria sent was not followed. They did state they would redo the paper however not much use when you’ve submitted the paper and received your results. Would not recommend far too pricey for work that gets low marks. Avoid.

You have refunded me but you have cost me a lot more than just money apart from the disgraceful behaviour that had me questioning myself over a the assignment that I had alerted to you that had not been completed, You being the expert said it had all been done, failed and received a zero mark.
Your reply on TP is for potential customers, portraying you will help, you didn’t help you showed nothing but incompetency.
