Terrible Customer Service

I received the Oasis bidet as a Holiday gift but it did not work out for me. I kept contacting their customer support, they took days to a week to respond. By the time I received my answer on how to start the return, the 30 days from order was past. They won't ever give you money back, just a credit. What a load of crap!

For clarity, our return policy allows eligible returns within 30 days of the ship date and issues store credit rather than refunds. Though you may have experienced a delay in our response during the busy holiday season, that shouldn't have impacted your ability to return, as that's calculated based on ship date.

Since the bidet didn't work out, seems like you'll be sticking with toilet paper, and our Bamboo Toilet Paper is the perfect thing to use that store credit for. Please reach out to hello@hellotushy.com with any order details you have, and our team can help set that up!

I can't overemphasize how good their after sales service has been. Truly world class. Bad customer service!

I was told I could not return it because it was over 30 days. I ordered on Dec. 9 and it was Dec. 28 I sent a request. That isn't 30 days to me??? Horrible customer service!!

Wrong type Bidet shipped causing many delays

They shipped the oval and not the round I ordered. They admitted they made a mistake and promised to ship me the round set and cover to fix the problem. After 4 days, I did not receive the parts to convert it to a round. I emailed them. They shipped it out the
next day. Because they shipped the wrong one and failed to timely ship the needed parts, I may not now be able to get it installed before my surgery date. This recovery period from surgery was the reason I needed the bidet in the first place.
Update: I got the parts 12/10/25; so I was able to the install. As a back up, I bought a different brand off the Amazon Website for about 1/4 the price of the Tushy. I bought it yesterday and it was shipped over night so I have it today (1 day from Ordering). Tushy shipped the wrong Bidet to me in 4 days, I got the parts but it was 10 days total before I could do the install. Their parts come from Las Vegas and the assembled units come from Pennsylvania. Their headquarters are in NY. Their Customer Service is AI simulating a person. If AI can't handle your problem, then you are referred to a real person. I'm guessing AI is handling most of the ordering and shipping. Hence, if their On-Line software makes a mistake or you make a mistake, it cannot be corrected so they ship the wrong unit.
Final Update: unit worked for 1 day and then had issues. I went with the back-up unit bought from Amazon. That unit worked fine from day one and is still working as of today (12/24/25). Notes: I found out that hot water is not needed. If you just install the cold water pipe, then installation is much easier as you tap into the bottom of the toilet tank water inlet with a supplied "T".

As a small company doing our best during an extremely busy shipping season, we truly regret that a technical issue on our site even allowed the wrong seat shape to be selected in the first place.

The moment we discovered the issue — over the weekend — our team reached out right away to fix it. We pushed to get the correct seat and lid shipped as fast as possible, but unfortunately the carrier timelines didn’t move as quickly as anyone hoped. It was never our intention to create more hassle, and we genuinely hope it’s clear that our team bent over backwards to make this right, even once things were already in motion.

We completely understand how stressful this has been, and we’re grateful you shared the context. While we aim for perfection, sometimes… well, sh*t happens — especially during peak holiday shipping periods. But that doesn’t make your experience any less valid, and we’re committed to doing better.

Awful product

Awful product. I bought this online and when I installed it, the button wouldn’t work. I packaged it up and asked for a return and their customer service department wanted to live troubleshoot with me. Their products are cheap and defective and they will not take a return unless they verify it. Awful company. Buy the cheaper bidets and save yourself the headache!

Quality Product and Great Customer…

Quality Product and Great Customer Service.

Purchased a Tushy bidet, which arrived promptly. There was an issue with price I paid and a new advertised discount. I contacted Tushy Customer Service, and they provided a refund for the difference in prices. I did not have to fight them to get a refund, and they were very accommodative.

I love the Tushy bidet so much, that I purchased another Tushy bidet a couple weeks after the first purchase for a second bathroom. I am a very discerning consumer, and I am very happy with the service and product. The bidet offers many functions, and does a good job! I've told my family and friends about it, and would highly recommend it.

It does such a good job that it could pay for itself with the savings from the cost of toilet paper. "The job isn't done until the paperwork is finished" does not apply anymore! Buy it. You will be happy and your tushy will be, too. There are many products that over promise and under deliver, but Tushy bidet is not one of them.

I was unable to leave a Google review (hmmm), but I have to say that this is among the worst customer service experience I've encountered. Tried contacting them by email initially with no response and finally found a phone number where I could leave a message. One of the two items I ordered was defective and my return/refund process will not go through. They also want to charge a restocking fee ... on a defective item? I don't think so. I won't give up until I am successful in returning this and getting a full refund. This is not how you run a business.
