Pretty easy to navigate

Pretty easy to navigate. Unfortunately, they were only able to really help me with a few of my accounts. But the process was very easy and the ones I did finalize and finished were outstanding and extremely money saving options. Thank you!

Resolve has been fabulous

Resolve has been fabulous.
They have amazing communication. They never leave you hanging.
They do the leg work as far as calling the creditors, getting the offers and presenting them to you. I am truly happy that I worked with them. I can now get it off my mind and work on rebuilding my credit. Never had a problem before covid, but thank you resolve for being there for me every step of the way. Especially Alec.

V E R Y Very Happy to date

V E R Y, Very completely Satisfied with all my experiences With Alex & their Team of Pro'$! Unbelievable in todays shortages of Staffing, A.I. and call centers out of U.S. CA bases and really top of your accts and you can choose order and ones to be dealt with OR NOT. I had x1 ready to max out post x7 yrs and they understood. Even on a day closed, a Saturday someone took their personal time To RESOLVE My Issue that I felt overbearing. In 50 yrs I never had a better personalized small team hands expdfience in my Life as an Adult! Grazzi Merci Graciss! I am SO Thankful and was able more swiftly overtime within our Budget as a 1zt Responder pay off several creditors.
Only downside is that they were unable to help with so many seperatemale cancer Medical Bill collections. Thank you. NOW we are fully Resolved. It would of prob. Cost thousands that we pais a Lex Law that didnt really get us anywhere except silly childlike letters that came back to our address we didnt write looking like 3rd grader activity. Thats how we found Resolve after that nightmare marring our credit reports.
It is refreshing what Resolve did and changed for us. That's what I call a business plan. Hope we don't them anymore but it was a helpful run.
