Runaway as fast as you can
Run, run very fast away from this company. I told them several times to contact a creditor, which they did not over the 6 +months that I used them. This is not the only mistake they where may other, too many to list them all.

My experience was great
My experience was great. I was able to view my accounts on my report and pick out the ones that was hurting my credit, recieve a offer, accept and pay off the debt in no time. Resolve made the payment process easy. I paid through them.

Great Service at an unbeatable price.
They help by being a conduit between you and your creditors to make deals and settlements on the accounts, which you cannot get as an individual. They provide you with plenty of payment plans and options. And, you can reject their options and ask for new ones with certain parameters and they will get the repayment as close as they can to what you ask for. And they do it for $60/year plus, any tips you may want to provide based on their work. Just a great resource to get out of debt. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5(***They deserve a 4.5/5****), because they sometimes use a third party credit counseling agency that will add a few dollars per month onto your payments to cover the credit counseling agency's costs.
