If things go wrong with shipping, dont expect help.

And, oh it looks like its marked as delivered. please check your local postal service.
I spend 3 weeks e-mailing to get some information.
In my case i managed to get a full refund from paypal as we found out Hello Merch send my order to the wrong postal code.
Its just too much effort.
Bottom line, if things go good. Ofcourse its good.
But if things go bad, they realy are clueless and dont understand common questions.

I heard so many bad things about this company, but none of those things happened to me. Got my items very quickly and with no damage. I bought a vinyl that was very protected and my t-shirt looks fine
Horrible customer service - lost items
Horrible customer service.
Ordered a hoodie through them. It never arrived. After one supposed delivery attempt (even though I was home at the time) it said it was returning to sender.
That was two and a half months ago and they are refusing to provide me with a refund. At this stage it’s a complete scam. Made a purchase through them, no attempt to deliver and now they’ve just kept my money and are refusing to even reply to emails.
Do not use them as this may easily happen to you. Look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, it's far too old to track.
We log any items that return to us and I don't see anything about it showing up.
We do not offer refunds for items that are lost/stolen per our Terms of Service.
This is because we fulfill for the artist and are a third party.
If you had searched for the items or reached out within the 3 month period the tracking is active the claim would be easy to file, but due to it being so old, there is no way we can track what happened with the package.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have to remain patient and hope the items are returned.

Undisclosed shipping delays
I ordered some items from this company on Dec 31 as a birthday gift. The birthday in question is Jan 10. In the interest of getting the package in time for this birthday, I selected the shipping option that showed a delivery date estimate of Jan 6. However, Hello Merch did not end up actually shipping my package out until Jan 5-- so, obviously, FedEx missed the original estimated delivery date. I ended up not getting the package in time for the birthday.
I understand that the holidays may have had an impact on the speed at which my order was shipped out, and that's fine. I just wish they would've been transparent about this instead of providing an inaccurate delivery estimate. If I'd known I wasn't going to get the package on time anyways, I wouldn't have bothered paying for upgraded shipping.
NOPE. They sent me something I didn’t order
They sent me something I didn’t order, and it turns out they don’t have in stock what I did order. Better yet, they expect me to pay shipping to send back THE WRONG ITEM. Yeah… nope.

Terrible customer service, never recieved package because UPS sucks and never told me when they were gonna deliver, paid to have resend and my adress was put on wrong and was lost in customs before being send back again. You have to pay restocking fee if you want your money back.
I can understand that customer service is busy but it was just not a nice interaction and I wont order again because in the end i spend a lot of money on postage and never got anything.
