Very quick and the Dr. Gresen was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was given a diagnosis and recommendations based on my particular ailment within a few minutes. Saved so much more time compared to having to take a day off for a regular appointment at my doctor's office

I would like a refund of $49 please (I had a $10 off code). While the doctor was courteous at the start, he received a phone call during this meeting and put the video chat "on hold" (hid screen) so he could take it. This tells me that he did not take this consultation seriously. I asked questions, but he did not give me any information that I couldn't find myself or didn't already know. The medical recommendation is clearly just a "cut and paste" answer. There's no way he could've typed all that in the amount of time we hung up. There was absolutely no value to this experience. Please let me know if you can accommodate this refund. Thanks
