Accidentally signed up yesterday as I couldn't see a full range of what types of meals they actually did and it took me through steps and then hello I subscribed. So I get in contact straight away to help get this all canceled as I just wanted to see the meals. Chatted with the team online they assured me no charges will be made no delivery either so I gladly thanked them and went on with my day. Cut to today I wake with a notification from my bank that hello fresh is trying to take $356.00 from account not once not twice but 3 times they attempted to steal my money spoke to 2 people today both guaranteed me that the situation is fixed and they will not try and take money and its been fully dealt with...... No it hasn't stop trying to take money out of my account ive never been with the company I explained I was just looking at meals and you continue to try and take my money. I saw a lady 3days ago write on here with the same problem except your trying to take her debt collection over a box of food she never wanted and stopped subscribing too. So don't try me I will gladly take this company court 9ver your stealing ways!

We have been getting 3 meals a week for a significant period now. It is always good quality and the variety takes the pain out of deciding what to cook. Some of the dishes are restaurant quality delicious and the delivery is very reliable and frequent rewards and specials very welcome.

Alot of great recipes and alot of…
Alot of great recipes and alot of variety. The only thing is, it would be great if they had an option for Wholegrain pasta or brown rice options. Also, the leeks are not cut up very well and would be good if more recipes has the vegies prepped (some recipes come with some Chopped up and others don't even when it is the same ingredient). Other than that love the recipes and variety.

Do not subscribe to Hellofresh
You cannot delete or unsubscribe from your account using the app. So I continuously "skip delivery"... until I forgot about it and suddenly there is a order that I did not want on my doorstep. I rung them straight away and they say my credit card declined, thats because it is my expired card and I did not wish to get anymore boxes from you so did not update it... Why did you send out the boxes with a declined card? Why not ring the customer, you have my phone number? They had recently updated their app which I had not done on my phone so I never received any notifications either... But anyway no, no phonecall, on the app you instantly get allocated meals - this is wrong, as they say you ordered the meals... no, it was automatic. Your app should wait for meals to be selected as this shows the customer wants the order!! So now I have a box I do not want and did not order and still have to pay for it!! Otherwise they take me to the debt collectors... DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would have emailed them, this instead of putting it on here but they dont have a public email system.. obviously too many complaints maybe?

We love the meals as it means our meal…
We love the meals as it means our meal planning is so much easier. The delivery on a Sunday works well for us.
The quality of some of the vegetables is not at the expected level. We understand the packing day would be Saturday, but by the time we cook a few days later, the vegetables are sometimes past their best.
Avocados can never be used as they are always too hard.

Not worth it
Repetitive menu options, quality of meat and veges very average at best. If you order for more than 5 days be aware that by day 6 and 7 your veges won’t be fresh and your meat is likely to be off. While convenient it’s not worth it when you plan for 6 days and have to buy takeaways for the last two as the foods off. Good luck trying to get a human, they prefer bots and chat who are even more frustrating. Still waiting for the email they promised me 6 days ago. I now remember why i stopped using them last time.

First time customers great experience
First time using this food bag & we enjoyed it. The ingredients are bagged together for each recipe which is super handy. The customer service were helpful when our bag was running a little late. The ingredients are fresh & the ‘hard to chop’ ingredients, ie, pumpkin is already cut up for you.

The Good and the Bad
Lately lots of items missing from orders.
Sauces generally are on the too little side.
Not enough variety - my husband hates the side salads yet so many have them.
Definitely smaller than they were before.
Hard to get to know the two weeks ahead system and so have wasted a lot by ordering every week.
Recipes constantly have the same numbers which is confusing. Use different numbering throughout the year B1 or C1 etc
Sick of the big garlics sent.
They are ok the meals themselves.
