I have been robbed by Steve Thomas this evening. He asked me to deposit money into this Regina account,not hello account! Went to airport no ticket was issued! Shame on you Scammers !

It was a good experience with Hellofare and booking a trip from madrid to london with them was a good decision.

This company is a fraud company represented by a fraudster named Steve Thomas of Asian accent. This guy is a subtle rogue that pretends to be nice, courteous and professional and yet evil and dubious.He defrauded me of a deposit of a ticket for £200 in June 2023 which I never got back when I claimed it back after I had read on this review page of his website that he had defrauded others. Please DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH HIM FOR HE IS AN EVIL, DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON. He lacks professional buisness ethics and needs to be investigated for defrauding others for false pretence in the buisness of air travel agency. I have reported him to various agencies and authorities that have black listed him as fraudster. I am working on publishing him on the media in the near future.

This company is a fraud. The guy named Steve is the rogue that pretends to be a nice guy. He took £1048 from me for a ticket in September 2023. Till now, no ticket and no money. Please don’t fall for his gimmicks. He kept sending me references but ticket not issued. Beware of this scammer. And I’m sure the few that left a good review are made up by him.

This company, Its completely fraud, don't trust that company i lost over $4000.00 from them, i did wire the money and i got a fake ticket.

My family got robbed in July 2023. We did a wire transfer of £1,400 plus, for two kids tickets Steve said that the money is not showing on their account.

So we did a UK to uk via Halifax after getting the second funds he said yes, the wire transfer is in their account and he will refund it, never did.
Plus another £680 that I already paid for my tickets all together he robbed us £3,292.00, not to mention that I missed the funeral, he had the audacity to ask to pay £200 to get the refund. Woe on to you Steve!
The night before I travelled he sent a text saying dont go to the airport, you wont be able to travel 😭

TThe company is a fraud, they are issuing fake e- ticket, the agent Steven Thomas initially booked a ticket for my mother in law in economy and after 2 weeks he said he had found an offer so he upgraded me into business class, he asked me to pay additional £130 in addition to £483 I have already paid for a return ticket from Lagos to UK. I told him I was okay with the economy class for her,Mr Steve tried to convince, I said no, he then said if I could pay £80 he would upgrade, I begin to smell a rat. I phoned Airfrance to confirm the ticket to my dismay, I was told that there was no booking of such and they had never issued a ticket on that booking. Steve was not picking my WhatsApp call until I message him enquiring about the flights that's when managed to respond he said wound issue me another eticket, I continued to be skeptica. I told him the eticket he told was fake, he instisted the ticket was genuine. So I asked him to refund my money so I can book another ticket. He hasn't refund my money. He phoned me on 8th September, said he wanted to refund my money and need my long digits number, for my card I told him that he does not need that to transfer my money, he insisted he needs it, I asked him tell me why he needs that, he couldn't give any explanation but said without that he won't be able to refund my money please be aware.

He was not picking my WhatsApp call until I message him enquiring about other flights that's when he phoned and then managed to ask him. He informed me he will issue me with boarding pass on the day which I know boarding passes are only given by the airline and I started smelling a rat. I sent him the recorded conversation as he was insting the ticket us genuine and since then he is not responding to my messages. I got threads of my WhatsApps chat with so he can't deny it. So please be aware my 1000£ is gone. I asked him to give my money back so I can book another ticket. Anyone help please.

My wife booked tickets for the daughter Mr Steve gave us very cheap prices for tickets Birmingham to Mauritius , my wife made the full payment via online transfer but Steve said he will email us the tickets via email but its been over a month now he didn't give us the tickets and then we asked for the refund our money, now he is not answering the call and no reply via WhatsApp,

DON'T Fall for the cheap price trap,

Have had a good experience with HelloFare because I booked a ticket for my family they were travelling from Nairobi to the UK and Steve was a very helpful gentleman. My family got the right tickets at a very good price and they arrived safely. Hopping you will also book my ticket in August. Regards Irene

Very polite when discussing my flight details and offering me the best flight options. Yes I was definitely be using again and recommending to family and friend.

First, you all have to know that Steve is a big scammer. He is effectively the same company called TRAVELTOFLY.CO.UK.
This person creates shadow companies to steal your money and sell you an e-ticket that will never exist.

I did not fall into this trap simply because he tried to sell me a cheaper ticket than others.
The thing is, since last year, I have kept the ancient number from TRAVEL TO FLY. He is still using it on what apps but on his new website is still a different number.

Look into companies house: look for those two. One was Dissolved on 16 August 2022, and many people got cooned into this. Be very careful, ladies and gentlemen.
