HelloCustom is an absolute game changer for personalization! It makes the entire process incredibly easy and has become an essential part of my workflow. The interface is intuitive, the tutorials explain everything clearly step by step, and the customer support is outstanding! What I also appreciate is the continuous development of new and helpful features. It’s clear that this tool was built by an outstanding POD seller for POD sellers on Etsy and Amazon. Founder sent me a video on the process. Followed the process but none of what was outlined worked. Waited 4-5 days for technical support, just getting ignored now until my free trial runs out no doubt. Really bad first experience which has cost me time and money.

So far so good! It does take a few extra steps to set it up but the old way is much more complicated and mostly the reason why I have never considered custom products. I'm excited to get the chance to use it on more designs!

I love Hello Custom! It’s a great solution for customization once the products are set up. Easy to use although several steps are involved. It’s great to be able to set up the products, let the customer put in their own customization and just check it once it’s in the cue to make sure everything will be printed correctly.
