I contacted Hello Cake about an issue with product I had. Hello Cake promptly responded with a solution already in progress. I received replacement product is just a few days. It's nice to see that some companies will make sure to take care of a customer issue and on top of that is a very quick manner

The Strawberry shortcake lube gave my partner a burning sensation that made her uncomfortable.

I’d had a different model before and it didn’t have the same adjustments. This model does more than I expected and is great!

The product i purchased , tingle to mingle . my wife was telling me she didnt feel anything different Stimulation wise , ,just the application itself.

Honsetly i was a little disappointed as well. I was hoping She would feel more sensitive and enjoy, becuase of my size my wife tends to feel a quite a bit of pain during penetration. we werre both. Hoping she would feel a quite a bit more pleasure with the tingle to mingle cream for less pain during penetration. And I say size difference becuase lubrication is not an issue with her

You always have the product in stock and the prices are great for such a great product. I like that there is limited ingredients to the lube as well as the flavored ones are AMAZING. I would like the option to purchase larger bottles of both the aloe lube and the flavored lube but other than that really great! And the website is really easy to navigate and delivery is wonderful!

I enjoy your libido product, but it is expensive as a 4 pack. I find value in the larger quantity product, but there was a lack of availability.

This company is fantastic with taking care of their customers! I can't say enough good about them even whenever there is dissatisfaction of a product. They try their hardest to make it right!! And they almost always meet the mark!! They always respond back by email.... The only less than satisfactory remark I could make as to why I chose 4 stars and not 5 is
there was some changes made to the little sucker that I found not to be ideal for me.... But I'm sure there was a lot of thought and important reasons the changes were made in the long run and I understand that. ...Always will be a big fan of HC!! Excellent company!!

Never received the package and terrible customer service trying to get it resolved. They made me wait weeks for a refund

Purchased the wand from CVS-charged as instructed and product did not work. Contacted customer service, received replacement-replacement does not work. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed and not worth time to try to connect for yet another replacement.
