Been using these diapers for over 2 years! As well as pretty much every other product they carry. From diapers & wipes to bug spray to the sunscreen & bath products. LOVE IT ALL! The ingredients in all their non diapering products are AMAZING and if you look them up on think dirty app or any other app like think dirty; they always get green ratings! My daughter has incredibly sensitive skin and always has. We started with huggies, pampers, seventh gen, honest and more. Every one started giving her rashes or making them worse. Or we experienced terrible leaks from seventh gen & honest ran sooo small. To add; my girl has always been SO petite. We tried hello bello and her rash was gone in 2 days and no leaks even with her sleeping through the night. 2 1/2 yrs later and they’re still my all time favorite diaper& wipes. Also love they’re flushable wipes! The subscription is the cheapest I’ve found with the biggest bang for your buck. 7 packs of diapers & 4 packs of wipes plus a free product and free gift. You get to pick different sizes & designs. Will use hello bello products even after my girls potty trained and for future children.

i’m sharing this because no baby should ever have to go through what my poor baby did. these gave my son a terrible burn. we took him to the er and bc the reaction was so bad they thought it was a yeast diaper rash, but after days of the cream they prescribed not working i decided to switch diapers and magically the rash healed. but please listen when i say this was the most painful rash my baby (who doesn’t have sensitive skin) has had and it took days to heal from and honestly he’s still not fully healed. i’m talking he had blisters, and his whole diaper area was red. anytime my baby peed he was screaming and crying. i will never buy a hello bello product again and i am very disappointed that my poor baby had to suffer for so long.

I was trying to find the 'purest' diapers without significant impact on the planet. Tried Honest, but performance wasn't there. Tried Pampers Pure, but the price seemed too high. Decided to subscribe as the price seemed right for the diaper quality I was after. The add-ons seemed neat.
The diapers perform, and yes, the designs amuse me, mostly, to shake up the diaper changing routine.
The wipes are not too wet, and have nice bumps that help in cleaning up.
However, I don't find they are clean as they could be. The diapers are wrapped in plastic that isn't recycled everywhere. Same for the wipers, in addition to the plastic opening.
MAKE THE WRAPPING COMPOSTABLE!
INVENT COMPOSTABLE DIAPERS!
This would be a differentiator.
I canceled my subscription because Pampers Pure is now at Costco - and in this inflationary context, I am saving $50 a month.

If I could give zero stars I would. I swore by the wipes, but since changing them it has been a disaster. My little one had a diaper rash that just wasn’t going away, no matter what I did it just seemed to be getting worse, even creams from his doctor were not working. Then one day I used his baby wipe to wipe my face off and his ( I did this frequently with the water wipes I used to use for him) and within seconds my face was on fire, I run to the bathroom and my face is completely burned and so was his. I had to lather us in aloe and a cooling lotion. Will never purchase from hello bello again. Also the diapers are nothing special.

My baby developed rash and needed treatment after using their diapers. Worst customer service as I wasn’t reimbursed for the open packs - despite having to stop using the diapers as per my doctor’s advice. Probably a good company to deal with UNLESS you have to contact their customer service.

The diapers are okay. Nothing special in my opinion. Their prints are super cute but also kind of pointless unless your baby wears no pants, so I personally wouldn't pay more for that feature. I didn't end up repurchasing the diaper bundle after trying it out.
The wipes USED to be my favorite and were also very reasonably priced for the quality. I used to purchase the wipes separately in bulk rather than getting the diaper bundle.
However, as others have noted, Hello Bello changed their wipe formula and packaging, and the new ones are awful:

- The new lid on the package is both flimsy (in that it can easily break off) and a pain in the neck to open, often requiring me to use two hands (which may sound like a small thing, but when your newborn is peeing all over the place, time is of the essence).

- The new wipes themselves are about 1/4 as thick as the old ones, smell different in a bad way, have no texture (which helps clean stickiness without needing a bunch of soap in the wipes), and come out all at once every time you try to grab one, so you end up either wasting them, or, again, having to use both hands to deal with the monstrosity coming out of the package.

I wish I had known about this big change before buying them in bulk like I usually do. I don't know why they chose to change something that worked so well, but I think it will lead to a loss in profit because how well their diaper bundle sells depends on customers' satisfaction with the wipes that come with it. And if you don't use the wipes, the diapers are overpriced for what you're getting and you're better off switching brands.

Unfortunately, I'll be searching for new wipes now. But if they ever decide to change them back, I'd happily repurchase their old ones.

Hello bello has the best wipes ever and now they are changed and they suckkkk! Sooo bummed

The diapers caused an awful reaction to my baby’s diaper area that went all the way up his back and we used the wipes for ONE day and it caused a burn on his little butt. He screamed in intense pain every time we had to wipe him for two days while healing it was so heartbreaking. They may be great for others, but be careful if your baby has sensitive skin.

If I'm being honest I'm not a fan. Everything stinks the sweet cream scent is ok but just ok.. but the others smell like cleaner and chemicals.. the diapers are useless they leak like crazy.. I'd rather stick with Johnsons and Johnsons and huggies thanks.

Do not like this brand at all compared to Huggies or other brands! Had a box given to us, I should have just exchanged them! They have no stretch, very little absorption and the velcro would hardly stay!
Will not be purchasing or using from here on!

Diapers are absolutely awful, but that’s not even tbe biggest issue. My baby, who is not sensitive at all broke out horribly from the wipes. Not only do they cause a reaction, but they’re so cheaply made, they shred as you pull them from the packaging before you can even use them to wipe. Still trying to get the rash to clear up after a few weeks. Definitely don’t recommend to anyone!!

I. Liked the song so much I went and bought the diapers and wipes I have 3 kids they all used pampers I thought they were the best the price is the same hello bello are the best I am switching to them I am 51 with a new baby I never though I would switch but they are the best

Horrible dipper ever I bought. Not recommend at all, skips ,wings do not stick with a foul smell. Pay that kind of money and get that.

I have the subscription for a grandchild and they love these diapers. Very cute, well made and reasonable.

These were the only wipes we could use for the last 3 years. Currently stocked up on several boxes and I fully regret that now. The new wipes are awful. My babies have sensitive skin and these were instant irritation. They feel cheaper and smell terrible. Why can’t you leave what’s good alone!

These wipes are so awful. They probably do more harm than good because you wipe and wipe and wipe and not even a smudge comes off! Baby would get a rash if I continue to use these they are horrible quality and tear apart too easily.

Their original wipes were my absolute favorite but I just ordered a new batch and found out they changed their wipes and I hate them! The smell is awful and they are thinner and feel cheap. Wish they didn't switch the wipes, these aren't worth buying.

The pull ups are not true to size. They are not good quality. This company is grossly over pricing their product. If you want a pull up that fits and provides good support and durability, stick with Pampers or Huggies. I will never buy this brand again.

Loved the wipes so I bought a 900 box from Amazon to find that they are different. New wipes are horrible. They are thinner and cheaper and feel rough.
I Am so upset I have 900 of these awful wipes :(
Back to looking for a new wipe for my son. Too bad you changed the wipes the original ones were amazing.

The diapers are perfect for sensitive babies, but the new wipes are harsh on sensitive skin. The subscription is not worth it due to the wipes causing horrible rashes. Too bad the subscription does not allow you to opt for just the diapers.
