Awesome product. Just as advertised. Made my daughter so happy when she received it. Can’t recommend it enough!

On February 9th, I contacted customer service because my item was damaged. I was promised a replacement delivery. For the next two months, I emailed many times to get an update and was completely ignored. So I wrote a bad review here and immediately on April 9th the owner contacted me to apologize and make things right by 1) issuing a full refund and 2) sending me a replacement. It's now been another month with no replacement and I've sent another 10 emails about the replacement and they've ignored them all. It's now going on 90 days without the replacement and no responses from customer service except for the brief exchange on April 9th.

I have been getting so many compliments on the Band Members on my Fireplace and when I dropped the Trumpet Player I was hurt that it broke in 6 pieces now I could have TRIED to glue it back together but I looked at the thickness of the statue from the broken pieces and realized these statuses are made with some thickness to it if it hadn't fallen on the Hearth I could have glued it back together with less broken pieces. So I hurried up and bought another Trumpet Player and got it in 2 weeks so the Band is back together again Ha Ha I'm so pleased with this Product and also it looks GOOD on my Mantel.

I am very delighted with the band set I purchased from HelloAtHome. I’m not usually one to splurge, but when I noticed the 50% discount, I decided to go for it and I’m glad I did. The pieces are beautiful, well made, and arrived in good condition.

I did have a scare when the delivery took much longer than expected. When I tried tracking the package, it showed no results other than that it had been shipped, which caused some panic. I emailed the company the same day to express my concerns, not realizing that the package had actually been delivered that very day while I was at work.

Once I opened the package and saw the quality and overall presentation, my worries immediately disappeared.

Overall, I am very pleased with the product despite the delivery delays.

I received my two figurines and thy are both beautiful. One was cracked and Edward was so great about getting another one out to me and keeping me in the loop with tracking.
They are definitely a talking piece for guests in my home.

While I was initially somewhat skeptical due to some reviews I had seen online on Trust Pilot, Edward G was very helpful and put my mind at ease and I had a great overall experience and extremely pleased with my purchase of the full band of 5 musicians. They are the perfect decor for the rec room downstairs with all the records and stereo. High quality and look great!
