This is some shell company for Chinese junk and potentially an all-out scam. I ordered a toothbrush 2 months ago. Nothing has even been sent. The company won’t let me cancel. They just keep saying they have had a large amount of orders and processing times are longer than expected. It’s truly insane. That’s called ‘back ordered’ and I should absolutely be able to cancel if nothing has been shipped. Totally dishonest. I doubt they will ever ship the toothbrush or refund me. Total scam. DO NOT order from them.

I bought a whitening kit on Groupon and not only did I have to pay over $50 for shipping but the kit never came. I got a refund for the kit through Groupon but I never got a refund for the shipping and the company never contacted me. Absolute garbage!

What a joke of a company. I spent over $40CAD for shipping to Canada. I downloaded Shop to track the package and it says "preparing shipping" and it's been over a month since I placed the order. I've emailed them 3x and no response. They are scammers!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars

This company doesn't even earn a star. I bought it and first of all I live down the road from them and shipping was 35,
Second I never even received my order.
Third when I tried to call or contact the support I am yet to get an answer. TAKE THIS OFF GROUPON AND STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE.

Worst product, they sent the expired product and now they are not even replying to the mails for return or exchange. Never recommended

I bought this product from Groupon and I was a little skeptical with all the bad reviews etc but the product actually came on time, no issues.

There’s also a hefty shipping fee to be aware of.

But so far so good, aside from the excess saliva sitting in my mouth for 30 minutes

I bought many of these through a Groupon app, they don't specify that you have to have each one shipped separately at $35 each. No longer a deal. Had I known, I'd have never ordered more than one.

Customer service literally won’t answer me, missing over half my order

Super fast delivery can't wait to give it as a gift.

I haven’t received what I ordered, and I didn’t get my money back!

Charges for shipping are outrageous

They cancelled my order and won't respond to my attempts to find out why. I had a groupon so luckily it wasn't like I lost out on a $100+, but I can't use that validation code now so I did waste some $.

I have not received my email to pay I have don’t have my reservations yet. I tried to book before I left Canada and I still do not have my reservation.

Purchased in January the package was sent back to the sender, I tried contacting them via the contact us more then 5 times I never get a refund or reply from them I would give no star if I could.
I think this company is a scam and not an actual business.

Items sold are wonderful and the price is fantastic but the shipping price sucks big time.

I was excited to receive this product as I had seen ads online places, however I didn't see much or any results after completing the pack of teeth whitening.

Shipping however was fast and efficient and I received the product only a few days after ordering it.

Bought the Groupon for the traditional gel and UV thing. I understood before I bought it that there was a shipping fee of $35, but overall the price seemed okay.

It all arrived in a gigantic box that wasn't needed for the product. After using it, there is barely any difference. Took before and after photos and you can't tell which one is which.

In the meantime, they had sent a deal for free whitening strips, only have to pay shipping - which was the same cost as the original whitening kit. My husband decided he wanted to try those and so we ordered them. Was absolutely shocked that the whitening strips which could fit in a small envelope, we're packaged in the same gigantic box that the whitening kit came in. Shipping could quite likely have been no more than $5, but they choose to charge you an enormous shipping fee and justify it by placing a small item in a huge box. What a waste of money, and resources. Never buy from these people.
