Don't trust Helen's Jems.
It is a scam. They sent me a low quality jewelry, which is different than they show on the website. They said that I can return the items any time within 30 days. I tried to return right away after receiving them, but I have been trying to contact them to get a return label for almost a week and they never got back to me. The phone number they published on the website goes to a busy signal right away, and they didn't answer to all my 3 emails I sent.

I ordered 3 rings, the one I was most looking forward too wearing was the silver band with the gold splash across the top. I've been wearing it for one week and as I looked down at it today there is no more gold there. I don't like flashy jewelry and reading the reviews I thought this piece was me, and thought I was getting a silver and gold ring, not a silver and painted on gold color. Extremely feel ripped off and now I wonder how the other two will look after I wear them for a week. I would like a refund and you can have your mis-advertised fake gem ring back.

Website claims it's a business out of Utah. Surprised to learn the items ordered ship from CHINA! Deceptive advertising! The pieces themselves are "okay" for costume jewelry, albeit overpriced. At least 2 of the 4 rings I ordered didn't look anything like those pictured. There's also the "surprise box," that I fell for, based on the images of the other items. Don't waste your money on any "surprise" items. What I got was really cheap looking costume jewelry. I wouldn't even give them away as gifts. They'll be donated to the Salvation Army for someone to get some use out of as I certainly wouldn't be caught dead in them! Never again!!

Scam website misrepresenting cheap costume jewelry as artisan jewelry. Don’t fall for it! It is impossible to return or get your money back.

I ordered 3 necklaces for Christmas!!! The checked cleared the bank Oct 10th and no necklaces!!! I thought it was A good company but after reading all the problems people have endure is Sad.!! I read alot of people saying the quality was so cheap! I thought this was alarming!! If and when I get my order I will share my response! Hopefully this Will be good necklaces. Oh yes didn't know this was coming from UK. Today I have to say that I received my necklaces and earrings and I have to apologize regarding my previous message. Got everything I ordered and it DID NOT COME FROM UK.IT Came from Illinois. Open my package and was please of the necklaces , earrings and ring. Very satisfied and the bank had told me to give it a month and glad it came. So all I can say is they did what they promised!!!!

After a three week wait with no word or no meechandise, I cancelled the order and requested a refund of my nearly $60. Again, no word or money.
The website looked terrific. Nice lady. But I surely doubt that she lives an works in China, That is were the tracking said the package originated. A very slow boat from China... SCAM... SCAM... SCAM...

Scam, the junk is coming from Asia!!!! This and many other names have been used to sell this junk!

I ordered three pieces. I like the 3D space necklace and the multi gemstone ring. However, the "gold and opal" ring is base metal and enamel paint.

I’ve been scammed by this crowd before. There is a flood of 5 star reviews in Trust Pilot written in the same glowing terms as the ad. Then a month later the flood of 1 star reviews as buyers see the crap supplied. Trust Pilot, improve your filtering!!

Another scam..same products as advertised in Claire's closing down sale..same format. All lies. Products rubbish.
If it looks too good to be true..buying from here..it is.

Fake story. Do an image search and you will find the same products (cheaper than the 80% off on Helen’s Gems website) on Amazon, Etsy, Temu…

Bought a ring thought diver with gold strands no way shiny service turning into brown. Design of ring was great if it was real. Don’t go there?

This is not her own jewelry but is cheap made in China jewelry with a huge markup in price. Buyer BEWARE!

The bangle was fixed with such a wide gap that it easily falls off my wrist so unwearable. The earrings have such a thick loop they look more like curtain rings. The jewellery is cheap and nasty. I have emailed the company twice and still not got a reply. I would avoid them.

I am very disappointed in this company and would not recommend them. I have had a problem with some earrings I purchased from them and initially they replied to my email. Sadly they are no longer replying to my emails even though I stated that if they were unable to help that would be ok as long as I had a definite reply. Such a pity as I would have purchased more jewellery originally but now I won't recommend them to anyone.

I am so sorry if the legitimate Helens gems has lost out and been scammed out of money like the rest of us but this company, reckoning to be closing down, is a complete and utter scam. Cheap, Chinese jewellery sent in the place of what looks in the website to be beautiful, handmade jewellery.

I ordered a ring from Helens Gems in March of this year. I loved it until the silver came off and showed a copper colored material underneath a couple of months later - past the 30 day return window. On June 1, I emailed the company and requested a refund as their lifetime guarantee states if you aren’t satisfied they will make it right. After numerous emails back and forth it is obvious they don’t honor their lifetime guarantee. The only thing they offered is that I pay an additional $9.95 for shipping, above and beyond the $37 I already paid for the ring, and they would send me a new ring. They would not send a refund even though I sent them specific photos of how awful the ring looks. Why would I want another ring of inferior quality that isn’t even worth the $9.95, let alone the original amount I already spent? Terrible customer service or satisfaction. Don’t get duped from this company.

I received my ring today and absolutely LOVE it. It's as beautiful as the picture.
The heartfelt note inside meant a lot.

This was my first purchase from Helen’s Gems. Quick shipping, great quality, price and customer service. I’ll definitely be back.
