Not impressed with staff!
Loan was approved with quick service however when going in to sign papers the staff was awkward, left out various important details of closing the loan and was obviously annoyed with having to answer questions. They also added in several ridiculous “extras” to make our note almost $100 more then when I read it was optional I requested not to have it, manager was aggravated with me after asking questions and making last minute changes to save myself unnecessary fees and charges!! I plan to pay this off asap and will never recommend them!!
