Absolutely disgusting company..... still waiting for the package or what they called.... everything is from CHINA.
Absolutely horrendous, no feedback and obviously I don't expect any refund...This is malicious towards potential costumers..... DANGEROUS!

UPDATE Thanks to Paypal I got a full refund. Do not order from these people. If you buy and have to return it will cost at least £20. Then you find your goods sitting in Chinese customs for weeks. They expect you to pay some non specific amount to China. HOW DO YOU DO THAT. The answer is you don't. If you are as stupid as me to order from these charlatons then make sure you pay by credit card or Paypal. BEST TO AVOID, YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE UTTER JUNK

Unfortunately I ordered before reading the reviews. Looked like Dr Martins in picture and go to site from a Google search. Should have been suspicious when they said order a size bigger. Package came from China and were the wrong size, I think as no size marked on the boots. Contacted them for the "hassle free exchange " which to them is send to this address in China, don't forget to pay the importation tax and once we get them we can refund you. So NOT Dr Martins, NOT hassle free exchange and definitely NOT a US trader. Cost of return is extortionate and have to hope they would accept the return, probably going to cut my losses. Hopefully you are reading this before you buy anything from these people.

I would have put 0 on the review if I could, bought a polo shirt did not realise it was coming from China until it was to late, it didn't fit sent it back ,cost £19:00 to send back. Shirt cost £45 ,had to give the company back the postage for sending to me which is £6:00, so that leaves me with £39:00 refund, guess what they not answering my emails, this company is as close as you can get to been a scam, if you don't want to lose your money or headaches leave will alone still fuming.

Received quickly from China, air-soled boots not as pictured on Heelts.com website, but a different, to me inferior, brand of boots. Tried returning them by emailing Heelts using their published website method, but I did not get a reply from them. Instead I managed to get a refund through my payment handler who were excellent.

I ordered a suede jacket from what I thought was a Spanish company. The item that arrived was very poor quality and not suede! It didn’t even look like the image on the website. Like others, they told me that the item was as described. It cost £24 to send back to China, and it’s now stuck in customs as they won’t pay the fee. They have stopped replying to my emails, do not buy anything from this scam site!!

Hopefully you check this site before buying as they issue fake goods. I fell foul of the similar scam to another purchaser by buying Birkenstock sandals. They are poor quality fakes but to get a refund you have to send them back to China, paying any customs and then pass an inspection. I wonder how that will turn out! Please don’t waste your money.

Bought what I thought were Birkenstock Arizona sandals in Leather. I knew something was wrong when I had a delivery email saying they were on their way from China. What arrived was fake Birkenstock sandals that are obviously not Leather. When I contacted them and said are not leather they said I need to pay the return cost and was told this is what I ordered. Needless to say I won’t be buying from Heelts again!

Shocking company. I ordered a cashmere Scarf that was advertised as %100 cashmere. When it arrived about 2wks later. The material had a defect running through the Scarf and the label said 100% wool (feeling) polyester! Needless to say I contacted Heelts but received an email saying that what I received corresponded with what I'd ordered which was not true. I pointed out the Scarf is advertised as 100% cashmere which it clearly wasn't. It cost me a further £12 to send back and because I didn't track the parcel Heelts say they never received it. How convenient. So I lost my money on the Scarf and a further £12. I have contacted Heelts many times but they say the address I sent it to was not correct and it the address they provided. The company says its in Madrid but they trade with products from China which funnily enough is the address they gave me then said wasn't correct.
Absolutely disgusting. A company that blames the client. I wouldn't shop with again so beware!!!

I orders some boots that appeared to be dr marten copies .... however the advert showed quite clear a genuine boot. .. the boots arrived on time but they were terrible fakes. Really poor stitching very poor leather. BEWARE THIS COMPANY. They list genuine item in the photos and send you shite

This is a company selling from China, despite the website suggesting it is Europe. They also go under the name urban -elegance and are linked to a company called Zadaro.
The shoes ordered were a size 11 and would generously be a 10. There are no markings on them and not even a box. I have been put round and round in circles trying to return them with the name on the website for the return saying they do not have the order number or the email. After persevering I am now told I will bear the shipping costs and customs costs and they may decide to refund. BEWARE

scam - fakes from china - send some plastic knock offs then argued that are really leather - dont touch - this is for the company with an 'address' in madrid

I purchased a ralph lauren polo shirt
It's arrived and it's fake. No refund 😕. I would highly recommend not purchasing anything from them.
