We had a new boiler fitted . Start to finish 10 days🤪 the whole team amazing. Can’t give all the team anything more than AMAZING. Lovely men. Clean and tidy. THANKYOU

I had a new boiler fitted through the eco4 scheme.i had the best team on site, Jake and Carl were absolutely fabulous nothing was too much trouble , very friendly professional and just damn right hard workers. Would highly recommend 10/10

I have just had my boiler replaced and the whole process from start to finish has been very professional. Nathan and Ricky worked so hard getting rid of my 25 year old boiler and installing a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 Combi boiler.
If you are in any doubt with which company to go with I recommend Heatzen. I am very happy!

The whole process from first contact with the office, to the survey and fitting was supper quick, super efficient and all during the hotest days of the year so far.
Craig and Alex the boiler fitters worked tirelessly, in stupid temperatures in a loft like a furnace. The guys were very respectful, clean and tidy and desserve a pay rise, really couldn't fault them or the loft insulation team. Would highly recommend 👌

Luke and Ky are absolute lifesavers! They came and fixed a really botched job that was done at my house. They provided excellent fitting services as well as some banter to make the wait as easy as possible. I’d be happy to refer their services to anyone in need of a boiler engineer. I had Dane and Jimmy to take my old back boiler and old water tank out, put me a new economy boiler in, the work they did was outstandingly good they did all the pipe work as if you didn't know they had been.
Very pleased with the out come, they came, they saw, they conquered. Neat and tidy i would highly recommend to anyone and I'm fussy.

They replaced my 30+ year old boiler and added an extra layer of insulation in the loft, also the pipes were so old they replaced and rerouted them to comply with regulations😀 it’s a decent boiler as well 😀
Luke and Ky, friendly, professional, helpful and most importantly non judgmental ! 😀
Make sure they have access to your radiators before they come around, I didn’t ☹️
Common sense, they have to check that they are all working after they have changed the boiler !
I had a slight problem with the loft insulation guys, they did the job, but they didn’t quite clean up after themselves , well it’s free, a fantastic scheme😀to be honest I didn’t mind clearing up a bit of debris, I’d just had thousands of pounds worth of work done for free 😀
Anyway the director of Heatzen actually phoned me about my problem with the loft insulation and sorted it out that day !!!
I honestly can’t tell you how helpful he was !!
The fact is, I didn’t ask for a new boiler or extra loft insulation, but this man made it happen 😀
And for the director of a company like this to phone me personally and listen to me is unprecedented!!!
I suppose a couple of points
Clear the spaces to all windows and radiators before they come around, it doesn’t really take that long when you get stuck in 😀
Meymood, the director honestly just wants to help and get things organised!

I had to graft at 8.30 in the bloody morning to shift crap

Ps, I checked out the bad feedback about this company and it seems to me that they are either jealous competitors or failed applicants who didn’t meet the criteria

Great service from all concerned. Polite. Respectful and as a disabled client could not fail to reccomend especially Luke and Ky who installed my new boiler and made sure I was safe while the work was carried out

Can't speak highly enough of them. They are knowledgeable, efficient, hard working, and very personable. Very quick to respond and quick to do the job. Stayed til the job was done.

The end result was fantastic, like a whole new system.

Heatzen quickly organised a survey for the ECO4 grant. Installation of Insulation, ventilation, boiler, controls and thermostatic radiator valves was completed over 2 days with minimal disruption. Special mention to Luke and Ky on the boiler side of things.
