Heating Spares and Controls have not…
Heating Spares and Controls have not provided a requested refund for mistakenly ordered item. The item showed on website as being in stock. Order cancelled within the legal 14 day limit, but it is now well over a month since I requested that refund.
Despite numerous emails direct and via their online Enquiry form, I have had no response to my correspondence or the refund.
Beware, this company has a twin (Heatxchange) operating from the same address in Walsall and I have had the very same problems with them, although after much timewasting I have, at last, received one refund. One still outstanding.
It is obvious to me that these companies hide behind the fact that they pretend / state that they haven't / don't receive my emails in order to hold on to your money for as long as possible. Also interesting, if trying to contact via telephone, you only get directed back to webpage. (No Human to answer questions).
Their T&C's make no mention of time line for refunds. I understand 14 days is usual for reputable companies.
Use this / these companies at your own risk. I shall be taking this matter further.
