Radek was polite & professional, but above all, knowledgeable on the heating system, thoroughly explaining how it worked and how I could improve the way I operated it. All in all, v happy, would recommend.

Radek is excellent at his job. Very helpful, approachable and kind. Done our shower, central heating and even helping us fixing our door. If you need a plumber, please contact him.

I cannot recommend Heating Principles Ltd highly enough. Radek is absolutely incredible. He has installed two boilers for me, and the difference between his work and that of previous engineers is night and day.

Radek was unbelievably honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Unlike previous engineers who simply left the boilers running at full power (24 kW with a flow temperature of 65°C), Radek took the time to properly explain how the system should actually be set up and why. He showed me how to program the boilers correctly, reducing the output to around 6 kW and running the central heating at a much more efficient temperature between 35–39°C.

I had no idea this was even possible and that lack of explanation from previous engineers has meant my gas bills have been unnecessarily high for nearly 10 years. Radek’s attention to detail and willingness to educate me has already made a huge difference.
