Customer service
Company answered the phone quickly. Engineer turned up on the date agreed, analysed the problem and went to get parts to make the repair, and returned within the hour to make a successful repair.
The bonus with this company is that you are always dealing with a person and not an automated switchboard or hanging on the phone listening to recorded messages about culpability or excuses as to why they are not answering the phone.

Reasonable price and helpful employees
Reasonable price and helpful employees. The man who came to quote answered all my questions and talked me through my options. I was offered a date the next week to do the work, I wasn't expecting a much longer wait given the time of year. The installer was professional and the work looks great, he cleaned up after himself as well and explained all the new stuff I needed to know.

An exceptional firm
Needing both plumbing and heating work Sharon kindly advised I have it done in one session to save money. Through work pressure this was difficult but she persevered, contacting Danny who rang me, having ‘saved the day’ again, by arranging an early start by Dean. He worked with usual cheerful energy, skill and talent, rectifying an unlisted problem along the way. The friendliness, helpfulness and expertise of this exceptional firm has remained consistent over many years of my experience. They are outstanding.

Emergency Flush Issue!
Had emergency toilet flush issue, called Heating & Cooling and they were so friendly and helpful. Sent Dean, an engineer and he had sorted it all within a couple of hours. Really pleased with the service and friendly team. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Heating my house nicely!
Jack was very knowledgeable and patient with my requests. Brian and Bradley fitted my new boiler in two days to fit in with my schedule and were professional and skilled in their roles. A very good experience all round, easy to contact, easy to approach and easy to have in your home. A positive experience and my home is now lovely and warm!

The company were very quick to act on my request for a quotation for a new boiler. Jack was very professional in his approach and identified the problem with my appliance. I decided to have a new boiler in view of the age of my existing boiler. The team arrived on the appointed day and efficiently installed my new boiler. I would certainly recommend this company.

Professional, Experienced and Nice
From the initial visit from Jack, through to completion and installation of the boiler, the company were fantastic. Great communication, professionalism and everything done as they said it would. Potential issues (pipe size) were discussed pre instruction, and the knowledgeable approach encouraged us to book with Jack (Heating & Cooling Limited). We had slightly cheaper quotes, but we are more than happy with the end result and cost we did pay. We have no problem in recommending these guys!

We contacted Heating and Cooling Group and received a visit from their engineer on the same afternoon. We had a problem with our heating boiler which, albeit being quite old, has served us well for a number of years. Dean who came to look at the system was, initially dubious as to whether it could be repaired but his tenacity and dedication proved otherwise. I found the service given by this Company from my initial enquiry, planning and implementation of the project to be only described as “Excellent “
I have used this company for many years primarily for servicing and replacing my boiler where the service was always first class, therefore I had no hesitation in approaching the company to quote me for my new Bathroom Installation.
Danny made numerous visits to my house to discuss and plan the project and even met my wife and I at one of the showrooms twice to help and advise on selecting units and materials required .
From the very beginning of installation Danny would be on site or the end of a phone to ensure complete customer satisfaction as the Installation was taking place.
The Engineers Mick and Dean were excellent taking care not to mark carpets, wallpaper etc in the hall ,stairs,and landing.
They both worked to a high professional standard limiting the dust etc as much as possible and cleaning up completely each evening before leaving .
We are both very pleased with the outcome and a big “Thank You” to Danny, Mick and Dean for the excellent job giving us a Bathroom we are proud of !

Amazing company for all your aircon needs
The company came out the same day as my enquiry went in to survey for domestic aircon.
The survey was efficient and quick!
The company then provided a quote the day after and gave me options on brands and installations. Including options for payment either in full or via finance.
The install was booked in very swiftly and parts ordered in a day or two. The install took about 4 hours and then a visit from an electrician all arranged by them.
The install looks very professional inside and outside. The engineers were very professional and friendly, explaining everything along the way and how to use the system.
The end product works perfectly and I couldn’t be happier!
I don’t think it could have gone smoother here. I would 100% recommend them for any aircon needs. Greta company!
