The best part about Heathrow Gatwick cars is that once you pick up your luggage and leave the secured area the driver is there holding up a sign with your name on it. No trying to figure out where they are parked. Very friendly and they take you right to your destination.

Used Heathrow Gatwick Cars on the recommendation of a friend and so glad we did. Easy to use, Tim was waiting on us in both locations and easy to find. Loads space for us and our luggage.
On our trip back from Gatwick to Heathrow we had less time and there was backed up traffic but Tim ensured we were at Heathrow in plenty of time for security and our flight.

This is an outstanding company. I would certainly use them again! Trip between Heathrow and Gatwick airports was smooth and efficient. I felt safe; this company is reliable. Driver (Mario) was pleasant and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give this company negative reviews, I would. We just got to London and I have experience the worst customer service and driver in my life, and I’ve traveled a lot! Mr. Karun has no business being a driver where he has to deal with tourist. He was rude, insulting, unprofessional, degrading, so much so that my friends and I were in shock! The only reason we didn’t refuse to get in the car and take a cab was because we were late to meet our friends but we were all appalled. I wrote to the company about my complaint and they only replied that they forwarded it to the manager and no manager or supervisor has bothered to give me a call to apologize for the horrible experience. Never again!

Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority and we will always make sure you’re happy and satisfied with our services as your first time private taxi service from Heathrow to London City .., we did respond to your many emails with apologies and needed proof in writing for what you claim with regard to Mr, Karun, so decency to call you was cancelled ... it seem to have fallen out with our driver from the start go even before you meet him that led you to call the office and instructed you where to meet your driver in the arrival hall "Meet & Greet Point" and NOT In The Airport Terminal Baggage RECLAIM AREA...
We also requested your two friend to write an email as witness with regard to insulting and degrading.. That we haven't received yet?? This a serious matter we must look upon more that you can think off ..... the driver has video cam that we request for further investigation with regard to your claim...

Booking was relatively easy (postcodes and such aside for a foreigner, which took a bit, but could be found - thanks, google); and the driver was early, very friendly, and took us to the airport quickly.
What more can you want.

Brilliant efficient service. I was held up by a motorway (fire) incident getting to pick up location, I kept them informed and the driver arrived bang on time nonetheless and then got me to LGW efficiently and safely. Thoroughly recommend.
