I ordered a pair of gloves to be delivered to my daughter as she suffers with Reynards syndrome. I received an email to say they had been delivered. When I asked my daughter a couple of weeks later if they had helped she said she had never received them. I have emailed customer service twice to no avail and not even received an acknowledgement. Won't be ordering again from this company

Been buying these socks for years, bought 2 new pairs for this year and wow the quality has dropped quite considerably. Nowhere near as thick as they should. I've raved about these socks for years but now the quality is cheap & poor I will not be giving them any good feedback to whomever may ask. Will now be looking for alternatives

Fantastic product, even better service, which at this time of year is brilliant! I was bought a heat holder blanket as a gift a few years back and its still as perfect as the day I received it, its a great size, very soft, and extremely warm. I have the grey and burgundy and I have just purchased a teal and gold as gifts. The price is very low considering the quality of the product at only £30 per blanket, I purchased the product Sunday evening and received it today. Only paying £1 for Royal mail tracking. I highly recommend this company very good customer service, keeping you informed all the time.

In early December I bought seven pairs of the Original Heat Holders socks (2.3 tog - seven times warmer than standard socks). I laundered them exactly as indicated (40 degrees in washing machine, dried naturally - no heat applied). The thermal lining of all the socks is now matted and compressed; the socks aren't as warm as they were when I bought them. Not good, considering their price.

I have fingerless gloves, they do what you’d expect. Fingerless allow you to keep your hands warm while using a touch screen. I will get more items for keeping different areas of the body.

Absolute rubbish! after washing them in the first week I saw big hole. Please don't waist your money

I recently bought 2 pairs of Heat Holders socks and the first pair has a hole in the toe before I have worn them enough to wash them. They are very warm but clearly not strong enough to wear with shoes and walk in them. Not fit for purpose and very disappointing for the price. What is happening to British standards?!

Bought a long sleeved thermal vest, it is a beautifully comfortable and warm garment. Not had to put the heating on so far thanks to its lovely warmth.

Purchased a pair of the socks a few weeks ago. First pair got a hole in after wearing them once so they sent out a free replacement.
Second pair is also now starting to get a hole after one use.
The socks haven't even been washed yet so I would hate to see how they would turn out after going through the washing machine!
Definitely would not recommend these, really bad quality especially considering the price.

Bought the lite heat holders socks I have poor circulation in my feet and these are brilliant. Use them walking and mountain biking in very cold weather and they keep my feet snuggly and warm and not bulky at all. Had a problem with a pair and they replaced them immediately no hassle at all. Great product price and customer service. Highly recommend

I have always purchased Icebreaker or Brasher. I thought I would have a change and try heat holders. Unfortunately, they are not fit for purpose.
Purchased 3 pairs and after just two months of use, all have holes in them and have gone in the bin.

I recommend Icebreaker or Brasher which last years.
