I will definitely be using Heather & Bale again. I ordered a gift for my boyfriend and was so pleased that I could choose delivery. It arrived on schedule for his birthday and he loved the whiskey!

I ordered my hamper too early therefore the cheese would have expired before Christmas. Heather & Bale kindly collected the ale and cheese trout creel basket and had another delivered later and in time for the cheese not to expire until Jan 2023! So pleased. Very responsive to email queries. Great service, thank you!

Beautiful product ranges to choose from the North East of England from independent producers. We purchased the picnic basket for a friends wedding, which was beautifully presented and went down a treat. It arrived promptly and the delivery was really well informed.
