I've made many orders with Heatdeath

I've made many orders with Heatdeath. My first 3 orders always took 3-4 months to arrive. But they always did arrive. The clothes I ordered are super unique and I've been over the moon satisfied with the product, so I've been willing to wait. They also make super personalized touches which I like.

Similar to everybody else, I made an order back in september 2025. It never came. They apologized. They gave me store credit. I super hope they open back up again because I love the clothes.

Something happened with them. They had an employee messing around, family issues ect. I don't believe they are trying to scam anybody, they had a storm hit them. My belief is they had bad systems in place ( they literally make the clothes by hand in a garage lmao), they had bad ppl working for them, plus I think they had family health issues hit.

Anyways I hope they come back, their product was amazing. For all the people hurt by them, I hope Heathdeath finds a way to make it right.

Just a scam

Got scammed out of hundreds of dollars by this crappy "company". Bummer for my wife and my bank account. Exactly what everyone else in these reviews says is 100% true. Their website is defunct now too. Scammers.

ONE YEAR of going back and forth...
Made my 1st order back in March 2025.
I've lost my money, and I'm 100% I'll never get the merch. How convenient and smart of Brady & Susy to let people "buy merch", then allow them to wait for months and months (over the complaint limit of most credit card companies which is about 4-6 months), then out of the blue they refund your order IN STORE CREDIT. That's free money for them!
I attempted to make another order paying with the given store credit, but again, after 4-5 months, it just bluntly got refunded with a lukewarm apology note. No merch, just the same store credit again.
I contacted them, and only got clarification that their entire company is a scam and nothing more.
Customer service makes up all kinds of excuses for "the owner" (I even mentioned Brady and Susy by name but customer service keeps referring to them as "the owner", is she being held captive...?), and promised me the refund would show in 7-10 business days, on my original form of payment (credit card). It's been another month and nothing. Yeah - I just got scammed, plain and simple.
I'm handing this over to a collection agency or something. I feel so shitty being treated this way after pouring money into their GoFundMe during Susy's cancer treatment, too! I thought they were good people. This sucks so much a$$. I REALLY hope nobody buys their stuff again - the stuff that doesn't even exist. There are no people online showing their Heatdeath merch - no surprise, as it isn't real.

Scammer company

I ordered a pair of their “Until Eternity” joggers last June and still haven’t received them or any information about them. Definitely a scam company and i highly advise against purchasing anything from them.

Placed an order in oct and never got it and its now march and these SCAMMERS are now trying to send a store credit like id ever give them another dime of my$$$$…. Go file a dispute with your bank to get your $$$ back thats what i had to do

Horrible experience and nothing delivered as always

This is my second review because I made the mistake of ordering again after my first horrible experience with this company. Well, I placed my order October 18th, 2025, and it is now March 3rd, 2026 with nothing even shipped, no response to my emails, and no sign that my order even exists. Genuinely, this is a scam. This business will eat your money. Do NOT buy from Heatdeath.

This is a scam

This is a scam, and they funded their wedding by scamming people.

They will tell you 6-8 weeks fulfillment time so that by the time it’s too late, you can’t file a chargeback with your company. It’s been nearly 5 months and I still havent received any of my items. They do not respond to inquiries about statuses and send phony emails about the production times. They have deleted instagram and facebook comments so you can’t warn others about your experience.

Scam Company

They took my money for two orders and it's now been six months since I ordered the two shirts. Every attempt I've made to communicate has gone ignored. About time for a chargeback, I think.

If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. This is such a disappointment and poor experience of trying to order from creators both me and my partner really enjoyed.

First we don’t receive nothing, try to contact to handle and figure out what to do, then they “refund” with store credit - which is basically useless when you don’t receive anything to begin with.
Ordered in November, still nothing and poor communication, and lack of proper refunding.

Don’t order from them, unless you’re willing to throw money out the window.

Oct 1st to Feb 10th no delivery.

I bought a shirt on October 1st and knew about their “6-8 week production timeline promise”. Well here we are February 10th. Nearly 19 weeks (as of tomorrow) from buying the shirt and I haven’t heard back from them. I sent one email back in I think November saying I might be moving mid-late December and checking on where the production update was on the shirt I bought which they responded to by saying “We have an update coming tomorrow, and we wanted to give a quick heads-up. With the high volume of orders in progress, we aren’t able to locate the exact status of each individual order right this moment. But please trust that we’re working hard to get every single piece out as quickly as possible without ever compromising the quality we stand for.

We truly appreciate your time, patience, and support — it means the world to us.

In the meantime, if you have an address change or size change, just reply here or email me directly at *email*.”

Then their update came 4 days later not even mentioning the shirt line I bought. I shrug it off and give it another month to officially change my address for my order. No response.

I give it another month and send another email. No response.

I start posting on their social media. They deleted the comments. (Which is funny you can also see how many comments they’ve deleted by checking Instagram and viewing how many comments Instagram says there is vs how many you can actually count)

And now I’m here. This has been probably the worst company I’ve ever purchased from. Cool designs? Yeah. Small company that you’d understand *some* minor issues or delays with? Yeah. Though at what point is this honestly fraud and sketchy business practices.

DO NOT purchase from Heatdeath. I ordered from them in late October and still had not received my order by late January. They ignored emails and delete comments on social media asking for updates or refunds. I had to go through my card company to file a chargeback, their response was to give me a refund for store credit. This is unfortunately a very comment occurrence. Many, many people have had their money stolen by them

Never received item

Placed an order for a t shirt and hoodie. After 5 months waiting (and me warning customers not purchase from them on the socials) they sent the t shirt. Still have not seen the hoodie, and they've stopped replying to my emails.

Do not buy from here

Do not buy from here. Waited over 8+ weeks for an order that never arrived. I see the exact same shirt being advertised but have yet to receive the order I placed over 2 months ago. I filed a chargeback and only then did I hear back. They said they would refund me if I dropped the chargeback, do not do this!! Just because they’re a small business doesn’t mean they get to steal and take advantage of people.

Half a year and counting of frustration

Don't shop here. Yeah, the designs are cool. The shirts are nice, if you happen to receive them! But my first order was placed in February, and I placed a few orders since, as at first they were sending frequent updates about supply chain difficulties, which I understood and didn't bother me...well, I'm still waiting on the majority, like everyone else.

I initiated contact months ago trying to chase up my promised shop credit (since if an order takes 8+ weeks, it's on them) and yeah, no, haven't gotten any. The only shop credit I've received has been because of them suddenly cancelling items months and months into waiting, which actually was MORE frustrating than letting me continue to wait, since I did want those shirts. I waited plenty long enough to receive some of the rest, and the ones they cancelled actually happened to be the designs that were the reason I ordered in the first place. All of the designs that were the reason I ordered in the first place, actually! Now I'm just out money and time! The cancellation emails assured me the designs would be back for the Halloween sale--they were sold out before I checked the site, the day the sale went live, even if I had wanted to take the chance again (I don't). It irritated me so badly because it's shop credit too, so the whole ordeal will just keep on going and going when I don't want to deal with them ever again. I spent it all just to get it out of the way, on designs I don't even want but suppose I'll gift if I actually happen to receive (doubt it), when I should have received the items I paid for in the first place.

I've never left a negative review before in my entire life, so you can imagine how irritated I am at this point. They definitely ignore your emails if they owe you--and please note, my message in the first place was saying that I completely understood their supply chain was being impacted and I wasn't even looking for the full amount of credit I was owed. They will take your money and run, and if you're lucky, you may get some of what you paid for. Maybe. Don't count on it. Don't count on getting in touch with them about it, either.

Same story as others

Same story as others: waiting over 8 weeks for my order with no delivery, no tracking number or updates, no responses from the merchant about my items. Waiting to see if my BBB complaint or credit card dispute goes through to get me my money back. The company is still making and advertising new designs all the time, but hasn’t fulfilled standing orders.

I was given the credit I was owed and received an apology for my items being late. That's all I could ask for and wanted.
Then I tried using the credit.. Lol.. This company is a joke.. Whatever they are smoking or shooting, they need to stop wasting customers time & money.. Get off the dope, bc this company is completely full of crap.. I used my credit on items they supposedly had in stock, they call dead stock, it's dead all right.. 3 and 1/2 months later & still getting BS excuses one after another.. What I haven't received is any of the items I ordered.. Think it's hard to get the merchandise with your hard earned money, just wait until they screw that up & give u a credit... Using a credit is even worse, and I doubt I'll ever see this merchandise.. Most unprofessional & absurd company, bc it's not a company, it's a couple & they are obviously taking the money & getting high or something similar.. Only explanation for this insane treatment, other than they are just straight ripping people off..
