Half a year and counting of frustration
Don't shop here. Yeah, the designs are cool. The shirts are nice, if you happen to receive them! But my first order was placed in February, and I placed a few orders since, as at first they were sending frequent updates about supply chain difficulties, which I understood and didn't bother me...well, I'm still waiting on the majority, like everyone else.
I initiated contact months ago trying to chase up my promised shop credit (since if an order takes 8+ weeks, it's on them) and yeah, no, haven't gotten any. The only shop credit I've received has been because of them suddenly cancelling items months and months into waiting, which actually was MORE frustrating than letting me continue to wait, since I did want those shirts. I waited plenty long enough to receive some of the rest, and the ones they cancelled actually happened to be the designs that were the reason I ordered in the first place. All of the designs that were the reason I ordered in the first place, actually! Now I'm just out money and time! The cancellation emails assured me the designs would be back for the Halloween sale--they were sold out before I checked the site, the day the sale went live, even if I had wanted to take the chance again (I don't). It irritated me so badly because it's shop credit too, so the whole ordeal will just keep on going and going when I don't want to deal with them ever again. I spent it all just to get it out of the way, on designs I don't even want but suppose I'll gift if I actually happen to receive (doubt it), when I should have received the items I paid for in the first place.
I've never left a negative review before in my entire life, so you can imagine how irritated I am at this point. They definitely ignore your emails if they owe you--and please note, my message in the first place was saying that I completely understood their supply chain was being impacted and I wasn't even looking for the full amount of credit I was owed. They will take your money and run, and if you're lucky, you may get some of what you paid for. Maybe. Don't count on it. Don't count on getting in touch with them about it, either.
