I met Luba in person in Milan - it was an eye opening experience to the world of Ukrainian matchmaking. After the professional photos and videos done by her team, I've since received fantastic support via texts/calls/audio messages helping me on my journey in the new world of meeting Ukrainian women. Zero regrets on becoming a client.

Like many of the other reviewers, I attended an in person event in order to be sure the company is legitimate. I had a similar experience as the other reviews. Luba and Stryker are talented salespeople - they make lots of interesting youtube videos, impressive sounding promises, and give a lot of attention to prospective clients. When I met Luba, she looked me in the eye and said she would 100% find my perfect match. That is what caused me to pull the trigger and sign up as a client. Prior to signing up, Luba was contacting me on a nearly daily basis telling me about possible women who would be a good match. Everything felt good to move forward so I sent the payment.

The day after I paid the fee, things changed noticeably. Communication dropped nearly to zero. They gave me access to their database, which they routinely tell clients has 2000+ single women waiting to be matched. I think its important to disclose some facts about this database. As of April 2026, it is true that there are 2437 women in the database. However, if you are a guy looking to start a family with someone, the number of women who are 32 or younger, with no children, and who can also speak some English is only 188 (e.g. only 7% of the profiles). Then there is the usual issues of filtering out the women you aren't attracted to, who are overweight, etc. Then of course the women you are interested in may not be interested in you. In my case, there was an extreme lack of possible options, and I spent months waiting for new women to appear to try to find matches.

I was a client of Heart Rocket for 1 year. During that time, I was matched with only 2 women (HR defines a match as a zoom call as opposed to a serious prospect). For my first match, I had 2 zoom calls and was encouraged to fly to her city which I did. When I met her, she was much more overweight than her pictures and the zoom call led me to believe. It was such a disappointing (and expensive) experience, that I immediately asked HR to refund me. They flat out refused. So I had no choice but to continue with their process. There were no women in the database I was interested in for months after that, and during all that time I received no communication from the company. HR made zero effort to get to know me, to understand what qualities I want in a partner, so that they can make thoughtful suggestions of women I might click with. It was such a different experience to the in-person sales pitch event that I attended. I knew after my first "match" that this company was not going to help me find the right person, but once you pay the fee you're basically stuck in the process, as refunds are denied.

For my second match, I made the mistake of talking about a past relationship during the zoom call which caused her to lose interest. Thats on me and not HR of course. After that, months went by with no interesting women in the database. After that call, Luba promised me she would reach out if any new women came in who might be a good match for me, but she never did. In fact, during the entire year I was a client, Luba never proactively reached out to me with suggestions about who I could match with (as I said before, the company made no effort to understand what I wanted in order to match me with the right person).

I began to understand that they don't really care if you match with the right women, but simply want to push you into as many calls as possible to move you through the process. By their contract, you sign up for a fixed number of matches (calls). As a client, my priority is to make sure each call is with a woman who has a high probability of turning into a successful relationship. I want each woman I talk to to at least have the basics of what I'm looking for. Luba and Stryker don't care about that. As an example, Luba tried to get me to set up calls with 2 different women, neither of which spoke English. I was clear from the beginning I want someone who speaks English. In another example, they gave me the number of a women I was considering, and after sending some texts to her about setting up a call, it was extremely clear she wasn't interested in me. When I brought this concern to Luba and Stryker, they told me to do a call anyway. If you do the math, based on their fees, each call costs over $1000. So why would I want to set up a call with a woman who clearly is not interested in me? Its like flushing $1000 down the toilet. The company didn't care, all they kept telling me is to set up a call, set up a call, etc.

I told Luba and Stryker from the beginning that I did not care for their approach, and that this style of matchmaking was not for me. They took offense to this, and held resentment against me. After a year of aggravation, they reluctantly agreed to refund me a small amount and we parted ways. I gave thousands of dollars to HR and received nothing of value in return - the whole experience has left a bitter taste

Some time ago I purchased "Together" they call it a game. This is not a game. The text on the outside of the box describes it best. The questions are great. Both me and the lady who went through the questions agreed it was enjoyable. If the lady you are doing the questions with is truly into you, you are going to see her light up. You're going to see it in her face and in her eyes and her voice. We decided to save a few cards for our future meeting. Just keep in mind every woman is different. The value from the question on these cards is immense. 💙🇺🇦💛

I went to the Austin Heart Rocket meetup and had a really good time. Luba and Stryker were both fun to talk to and did a good job keeping the event moving with activities and things for everyone to do.
They’re also clearly very knowledgeable and had a lot of useful insight to share. What I appreciated most was that there wasn’t much pressure.
Another big plus was meeting the other guys there. It was interesting hearing about their experiences and learning from what had worked (or not worked) for them. Overall, I’m glad I went and thought it was worth attending.

Stryker and Luba are nice, genuine folks. They put on a great event in Austin with authentic Ukranian food and a fun diversion on 6th street. I really enjoyed it!
