When going into the dental practice we are always treated with respect and greeted with a warm friendly smile the treatment has always been first class and have never had a problem with the work carried out.

Great dentist, being that I was afraid of going to the dentist. As I didn’t have a very good memory of going to the dentist in the passed . I was put at ease with the whole experience. And very happy staff. I have a good hours drive to get there. And well worth the time . Wouldn’t go anywhere else. A big thank you Mark and staff 💕

I have never had a bad experience with this dentist. They are caring, extremely efficient and thoroughly profession with all the modern equipment necessary. Their ‘zero pain’ policy is very reassuring. They are also the friendliest dentists I’ve every had. I thoroughly recommend them.

After a 2 year gap in appointments I was a bit apprehensive on state of my teeth. Alex my dentist did a great job and I now have the look I wanted. Totally pain free, welcomed back and made to feel at ease throughout. Highly recommended.

Our dentist is kind, thoughtful, and caring. The environment is calm and friendly. Treatment is always pain-free. Different options are explained fully. We would never go to another dentist, and I’ve gone from dreading going to the dentist to looking forward to it.

The dentist took care to help me look after my teeth. Explained everything and took time. I felt heard and she was professional but friendly.

Treatments range from a routine check up to much more specialised work - all carried out in modern and well equipped surroundings. The independent local shops are a bonus too!

The dentist was focused and calm. I felt more at ease than at any other dentist. I wasn't even concerned about having to have two more appointments. He was a true craftsman.. 🌞

Genuinely the best dentist I've ever been to. I see Somini and she's so lovely, she makes you feel like a friend and she's so kind and patient. I won't see anyone else even though I live 125 miles away.

Rang for an emergency appointment for an abscess under a crown. (Serious condition) Was told I was no longer on their books (private patient) as I hadn’t visited since 2019 (I did not want to visit during COVID so did not book any checkups), so they had deregistered me and hence would not see me. I was told to contact NHS 111, what a joke! Not only is it almost impossible to get through to the NHS; if I had succeeded I would have received basic care and almost certainly the NHS would just have extracted the tooth and not replaced my crown. I will not be visiting Narberth Dental Surgery again, nor will my partner, who has spent a small fortune with them. I am now registered elsewhere!

A very positive experience, as usual and given the difficulties regarding COVID-19 I was completely reassured by the precautions taken. I have no hesitation recommending the practice and in particular the staff.

I have been a patient with Herbrandston and Narberth Dental Practice for over 15 years now and have always walked out of the surgery smiling. The team are always welcoming and professional. Covid has been a huge challenge but they have still managed to provide a much needed service to their patients which I, for one, greatly appreciate. I, like many others, am not a fan of people working close to my face. I don't like visiting the dentist. I never have. I read the advert for this practice, newly opened in my local area and decided to give them a go. I haven't looked back since. It's never a pleasant experience sitting in the treatment chair but the dentists at the Narberth practice understand this and look after me really well. My first dentist when I used to go to the Herbrandston practice was Alex who was brilliant. She had a sense of humour and put me at my ease. The dentist I see now is Ms Shandi who, believe it or not, likes to sing gently to herself while she's working. Love it. I need more treatments but I know I'll be in good hands in Narberth.

I'm a big scaredy-cat who's petrified of dentists. It took me years to hunt down a good, gentle, kind, expert dentist who would cater to my needs. I found Mark at Narbeth and I'm SO happy. His dentistry is first class. Nervous patients can visit him and feel safe that he will be gentle.
