Update: the product made its way to me. Today is july 22 2024. There seemed to be an issue with the tracking link and tracking in general. So this is a reputable company just a tracking mistep. So I changed it to 4 star vs 1 star because I got the item. Im still going to give their product a try because it's made with little to no fillers.

Original post : Orderd lavender supplement. They never provided a tracking number. When I inquired about it. They Said my product has shipped and to give it 5-10 business days. I gave it 11 business days.
No product, so I wrote in again saying to provide tracking or refund. No response, disputed with bank.

I bought my supplements on the living social (wowcher) website. It was a complicated process, buying vouchers to redeem against the product you want. I bought 3 vouchers for the same product from the same company (healthy mood) but on redemption had to pay 3 lots of delivery as there was no option to have them delivered together in the same package. All 3 arrived together in the same parcel. I sent an email explaining that I was very unhappy and wanted a refund for the 2 deliveries that were not going to happen. They got back to me in less than 24hrs apologised and gave me a refund. In future I will be dealing with them direct. I am happy with the outcome and the prompt action to my problem. They have made a repeat customer out of me.

I tried lavender oil and 5 htp supplements from Healthy Mood recently, and have been taking them for 2 months. I found that my sleep has improved, and I have more energy to tackle the day.
The overall service was excellent - the new supplements arrived quickly and were packed well and secure.
I really love the lavender oil supplements, as they smell great and are a great addition to relaxation routine paired with yoga. I am looking forward to trying other supplements, as vitamin D during the cold winter time.

I bought Bilberry extract from this site to prevent vision disturbances. The delivery was very fast ,even though our local (Romania) postal services are slow I got a package within 5 days .

Ordered supplement of 20 euro, they sent me one of 3 euro price...No refund accepted...Big scam company

DISHONEST company with zero customer service skills. Avoid at all costs.

Bought 3 packs of vitamins that were no longer needed on arrival. Firstly had to pay for the return and THEN they claimed that one pack was missing and refused to refund it!
I had not even taken the packs out of the packaging when they arrived so this was not possible, unless by their own fault at initial packaging.

Response from customer service was slow, unhelpful and very minimalistic.

I will be contacting Amazon to make a complaint too, as I purchased through them.

Absolutely disgusting by their false claims to keep customer’s money.

Bought a product that I never received and they took too long to issue the refund.

1. Don't send product
2. Take too long to issue the refund to comply with your own rules
3. Profit

Don't buy anything from these scammers.

I made 3 separated orders on their web site. Two of them was delivered according shipping policy (5 working days by Royalmail). And one was missed/lost by post. Because I don't have any tracking number, I had tried to contact with support to require the state of order and what happened to it.
Healthymood didn't answer on my two emails and it isn't possible to reach them via phone.
But later I could get contact with admin"AT"helthymood.co.uk - it seems that better to use exactly this one. I've asked about replacement my lost order. Hope this deal still will be successfully, because I like the quality of their product and gladly support small local companies.

Arrived fast and was exactly what I ordered in excellent condition. Well done Healthy Mood Ltd!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Nevermind that the order was completely wrong, they ignored the message and and we couldn’t get hold of them at all. Ignorant, unhygienic, careless. DO NOT order from their website - use eBay. At least on eBay you can open a dispute.

‘We never ignoring our customers’, thank you. I’m very glad to see that it only took you a year to get back to me. I’m still waiting on the issue to be resolved and the email I sent directly to you to be replied to.

I ordered two different items at once. Although one was correct, the other supplement they sent me was completely different from what I paid for. I emailed them about this, two months later and still no response. Highly wouldn't recommend. There's so many better options.
