I love my crystal mat. It helps with menstrual cramps, body aches, and letting go of my stress from the day. I also love my tourmaline comforter!!! I feel all warm and protected while I sleep a luxurious sleep :).
I've owned a HealthyLine InfraMat Pro for a few years now, but only my patients benefited from using it. I often joked with my patients that they were more excited about seeing "Matt" than me! Due to COVID, I decided to bring the mat home for the unforeseeable future and enjoy it myself. After battling with my family members for a couple of weeks, I was able to enjoy using it numerous times a day. I find one of the most difficult symptoms to treat in patients is stress and anxiety. Lying on "Matt" is a notable stress reliever, in addition to all of its other benefits. Now that I am reopening, I question whether or not I'm willing to share Matt with others again!
The first time I bought a heat mat I knew I wanted one with real gemstones but didn't have a lot to spend. After doing some research I settled on the Healthyline medium mesh mat. It had a good balance of features and price. It felt great to lie on with its penetrating heat. After using it a few weeks I also found myself feeling better from the detoxing effect it had. Recently I was able to purchase a larger mat. At first I chose a TAJ Full Short mat since I wanted to try PEMF. For me, it turned out to be too hard for my back. The mat was high quality, but I couldn't lay on it for long. Customer service was great, they helped me exchange it for a Soft series Full Short. This turned out to be just what I needed. With the amethyst chips, its even better than the mesh mat. It is comfortable to lay on and covers from my neck to my ankles. I love the mat and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again when I need another one.
I have been using an InfraMat almost daily for over a year. (The only days I don’t use it are when I am out of town.) I keep it in my recliner and start and end my day with it. I also sit on it as much as possible throughout the day because it is so relaxing. When friends visit, they enjoy sitting on it. (Yes, I give it up for my friends!) My InfraMat relaxes me so much that I go right to sleep after sitting on it at night. I appreciate a crystal mat designed for a chair.
The only thing that healed my shin splint! (I was skeptical but it worked!). I then bought one for my 80 YO dad to help heel his bruised ankle

These mats break so easily and stop heating up. The controllers also crap out. and then it is a pain in the butt to pay to return and pay for shipping. It is an expensive item but really is cheap junk made in China.
Had a terrible experience. I paid $1299 for a 220 V MAT through my Amazon Pay account. I received confirmation from Amazon Pay ( I have an Amazon account which is more than 12 years old and a regular customer) , Citibank . HealthyLine too sent an email confirming the order. But later when I found it was not shipped within the promised time, I was told by customer care that my payment was not received from Amazon Pay. When I confronted the customer care officer with receipts from Amazon Pay and Citibank and the acceptance of order by themselves, they accepted payment was received and promised to ship the item the same day. However within a few minutes, I received an email refunding my order! I was so worried and thought for a minute that I was defrauded. Then escalated to Amazon Pay ensured that the refund was actually processed. But it was a total harassment after spending a big sum online . I was then told I was red-flagged. If somebody raises questions he or she would be red-flagged???
If it was anything to do with the payment method, the order should not have been accepted at the first place ?? They still advertise Amazon Pay as the payment method and they can not keep the funds of the customers and give cock and bull stories when questioned..
I think they have something to hide behind the peace and wellness sweet talk....

I bought this for my 90 yo grandma who uses a walker to get around. She has diabetes and for a while her hospital visits started to increase year by year. She was up to 3 hospital stays/yr. Since she is always cold and watches loads of TV, it seemed like a good fit to get her this chair. Its been 9 months and I am happy to report she has STOPPED going to the hospital. Of course she is not completely healed but she is living life on her terms and I am so grateful she can have her life outside of hospital walls.

I have no complaint about the products. I made an overpayment of over $500. It has been almost 2 months and I still have not received the refund, despite repeated phone calls and emails. I told them twice I was going to file a dispute with my credit card. I still have not heard. I shall call Visa now.

I'm unhappy with the InfraMat Pro and the response HealthyLine has given. They promised to deal with it and send me a device but this has not happened and they have ignored my e-mails for months now.

Customer support was excellent. My problem was quickly addressed and resolved.
While I commend the customer support, I am not pleased with product quality. I only had my mat for 1 1/2 years when the heating element stopped working. I would expect something this expensive to last MUCH longer.
The company sold me a new one at a 50% discount. That is better than having to pay full price, but I am still disappointed with the product quality and would not recommend this particular brand. I like the product and have no issue with it, just that it had an extremely short life.
We had delivery problems with this item, as it got stuck in Indian customs, but Healthyline resolved the issues. The product is excellent.
