Excellent customer service.
I made a purchase in error and asked promptly for the order to be cancelled. At first they were unwilling to cancel the order due to their fast processing. I remained calm and showed understanding but asked kindly for a cancelation. Within the next step, they kindly offered to cancel the order with a credit in the amount of the products that I had ordered in error. I wrote back to thank them for canceling my order and showed understanding that it was a credit and not a refund, even though it was not explained to me. They then wrote back to honor a one time full refund to the card that I paid with. This showed me that they were willing to go above and beyond for me even though it was my mistake. I value their customer service as it was very helpful and accomodating. Wyatt was a pleasure to talk to and did more than was expected. High praise.

Whatcha out !!! They offer fast international shipping but the Customs are waiting for your package to charge you taxes.
On top of that, when I was shopping, I was shopping in CAD (Canadian Dollars) but at checkout they charge you the same amount but in USD.
I reached out to the Customer Service by sending them screenshots with the proof and "Adriana" simply wouldn't accept charging me what I was supposed to pay, she simply said "We're an American company, our funds are in USD".... So why does your site offer to choose Currency ?
CAD on the site is only an "Estimate" - "A Courtesy", bunch of idiotic answers.

Since we are a U.S. company, all charges are billed in USD. The option to view prices in other currencies is provided as a courtesy to our international customers, but the final charge depends on the conversion rate at the time of purchase. This is standard when shopping with international companies.
Regarding your interaction with Adriana, she was correct in explaining that a refund would not be issued, as the charge itself was processed in USD. The displayed CAD amount was only an estimate for your reference, and the final amount is always subject to currency conversion.
Will shop again and again!

Bought a device that stopped working…
Bought a device that stopped working after 3 months because a fuse blew.
It was an expensive item at ~100$ + shipping + customs fees = ~180€
They wouldnt take it back or pay repair or send a new one. Instead, they give you a limited time 20% coupon to spend in THEIR shop.
Yikes. Never buying there again. In the EU, every electronic device has a 2 year insurance guarantee!
Very unsatisfied!
