I went to your office today in Morphett Vale and needed to talk to some body about my insurance, the girl from the dental told me that there was no one in the office for that today and when I told her the reason she called the office spoke to some one and dealt with my problem. It could not have been a better customer service if she had tried, I'm sorry that I can't remember her name!

My experience with Health Partners has generally been pretty good. Their call centre are normally quite nice and helpful, as well.

Was happy with the assistance I received recently to sort out a claim. Overall I am satisfied and happy with the level of service from Health Partners.

My wife and I joined Health Partners Gold Hospital and Extras with nil excess about three years ago upgrading from another fund. As aged pensioners living in a retirement village environment we have found that many of our village compatriots have shed their private health cover and now find themselves stuck on the end of waiting lists for surgery that could be accomplished easily in other circumstances.
We are certainly well satisfied with our choice and the fund's operation through the Covid 19 pandemic has seemed practical for the wellbeing of clients and staff.

I was recently 'telemarketed' by a well known Third Party Brokerage company to assess my current Private Health cover. While they were pleasant enough, I felt under 'duress' to take up their offer and it was significantly more than our premiums with Health Partners. I subsequently contacted Health Partners and dealt with one of their Health Insurance Consultants - Maria Ciccarelli in their Adelaide Office. I could not be happier with my dealings with her. She was extremely polite and very helpful. She was able to review and upgrade our policy and arranged for the cancellation of the policy that I was recently signed to. Quick, painless and simple. Well Done to Maria & Health Partners. I think this is where I will be staying.

Very happy with the extras and the ease of claiming. So impressed with their action over the Covid 19 and reduction of premiums response. Been with them for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been a member for nearly 50 years! I use all the services of hospital, dental, physio, chiro, dietician and optical. The service is always friendly and professional, the premises clean and well organised and the costs and benefits are good.

Excellent service and consideration in these difficult times

Have only been with Health Partners for a couple of years after having been with AHM for many years. I had a triple bypass operation late last year and, after phoning HP was advised to make sure to ask for a quote from my cardiac surgeon and anaesthetist. I did this and arranged for them to do the surgery in the Wesley hospital in Brisbane. Both agreed to do it on a "no gap" basis for which I am eternally grateful. I was not prepared for the huge "out of pocket" expenses for pathology and scans/ x-rays. I was left to pay in excess of $2,000 which was extremely difficult as I am on a disability pension. HP should definitely advise clients of these costs in advance.

They have always been great to deal with but their handling of covid-19 has been amazing.

First they froze their previously communicated 10% fee increase, then they sent clear communications about covering all covid related illnesses without exception, and then they reduced fees by 10%.
