Have you tried opening an account I've used less ID to open a bank account. What if you don't have an address, are we saying homeless people are banned from joining.
Prove your 18 ? do these idiots know you have to be 18 to have a credit card it's information gathering big brother syndrome.
I'm not going play cos you'll win and they won't pay out you'll have to jump through hoops to get money well I ain't taking that risk.

Plus all the negative comments and really bad reviews, you would think the site would get things sorted out.

A month after contacting them about a…
A month after contacting them about a win and after posting necessary information to support claim with proof of delivery from Royal Mail and then sending copies of everything by email as they claim not to have received, I am still waiting for payment or acceptable explanation. Either they are inept in their management or there has to be some question about their integrity. I do hope that it is inefficiency and they get themselves sorted quickly
Less than 2 hours after posting the above, I received a message saying that they had received my claim and would process, Coincidence!!!! It still took a week before the money was in my bank account.

Unable to withdraw winnings!! …
I have been trying to withdraw winning from my Wallet, the amount is considerably less than the maximum £2k withdrawal amount for on line players, yet I keep getting told my amount exceeds this withdrawal limit, which is does not. I feel this this an unacceptable way to treat players, who you take the payments from via DD every week/ month on time without fail. Yet when I ask for winning money to be paid back to my bank, it seems to be an issue!

Surprised and dismayed.
On Sun.,27th Oct.,2024,i was surprised to see on my tablet,via Google,three of my numbers had been drawn,namely 4,6,and 35,with the latter also being the bonus ball !. As I looked to see and make sure what exactly the amount would be,and double -checked to be sure,I then went down to the nearest convenience store where I originally got the ticket from. I explained whilst being there,that my ticket was made out for the following Wednesday also,and asked what would need to be done when the Saturday draw the night before,was processed. The manager didn't seem to know,nor his assistant,only stating I had won £5,when by all intents and purposes,everything was pointing to a prize of some £50 !. Feeling rather "fobbed off",with something of a cheap consolation prize led me to attempt to contact the Health Lottery Telephone Helpline on Monday,28th,Oct.,2024,but for all of my efforts,ALL of that day,I got through to no one. If these "people are to supposed to be working with an emphasis,leaning towards charitable causes,as being my main reason for doing this lottery and not the others,then I can see,very regrettably,why many potential customers out there are going towards the other lottery causes, namely for their own "charitable"cause !.

Is it legitimate to take money and then…
Is it legitimate to take money and then not show the results? I spent a modest amount and selected three different number combinations. The draws were imminent but nothing shown under results.
I select 'draw history' but today's draw not there. In any case I think the website is awful to navigate and I won't be bothering with this lottery again that's for sure.

I think years ago, well before covid I had a look at the website and put in my contact details.
I don't believe I've ever actually put in money to play.
However I keep getting emails. When I tried to unsubscribe, I see there is no option for that, so I wrote them.
What a fuss. I had to agree to unsubscribe ans then I get this email back saying they might keep my info for legal reasons.
