App doesn't even load, horrible error. Is this real?

I have recently used the menopause digital pack where you can work your way through sun headings in bite sized chunks which are short videos and very interesting topics. I have learned so much about myself and relating to a lot of this. I have realised that I am certain I am perimenopausal and not just a tired working mum or mad 🙌😀. I found the information very interesting and wanted to keep listening to the next part. I like that you can leave it and come back to where you left it. I’m a visual/audio learner, so I found the videos great then you also have pdfs of the information too. I would highly recommend it and I now feel that I can go into menopause positively rather than dreading it. Thank you Healthista!

The Healthista pack is an encyclopaedia of information. I like that you can listen to the information as topics rather than having to listen to the whole thing.
It has made me realise that I have probably been perimenopausal for some years and have just been living with the symptoms.
I have now had the confidence to see my GP who has actually been very supportive.
I think the way forward would probably be to have an app to make access that bit easier.

I have found the Healthista Menopause pack very easy to use , full of information that I never knew about the effects of menopause and the options available if you can not take HRT.

i feel like most i was wondering if its was just me making excuses for the way i felt rather then accepting that i could be peri-menopausal. i was feeling low in mood and tired, loss of appetite, mind fog and no tolerance for anything.
i felt as though i wasn't having the classic symptoms of hot sweats that i could be going through the change.
This pack has provided me with so much support and help but most of all it opened my eyes to speck up and out about what am going through.
the best part is that i now feel like am not going this alone and i have others to talk to and also look at new ways to support others.

What an amazing amount of information!
I found all the sections informative and useful. This pack has helped me feel confident in discussing my symptoms open and honestly. It has inspired me to join the gym and take advice from the nutrition section to make sure I am eating healthy. I am definitely feeling more positive about this stage in my life and feel more prepared to discuss my symptoms with my GP and feel more knowledgeable about what help I need with my symptoms and what is available. This is a great pack full of information on different aspects of the menopause. Each section is narrated by a different professional that are engaging, easy to listen too and packed full of information. I particularly enjoyed the nutrition section and it has prompted me to look at my diet and aspects that i could improve. I feel this pack would be really beneficial for anyone starting their menopause journey.

I can't stop the menopause, it's happening. But thanks to Healthista, I can make changes to make the menopause easier, more manageable and to have fun in finding a new me. Healthista has gone way beyond my expectations and without Healthista encouraging me with the advice they have provided by an amazing team of experts, my own changes wouldn't have had made as much of an impact to my daily life. My symptoms affected my work and I tried to laugh it off by making fun of myself, 'just another mistake' or 'sorry, I forget'. Until one day, I stood in the office and announced to everyone, ' I am having symptoms of the menopause, it is affecting me and I will try and change'. Since then, I am dedicated to myself to live my life and not let my 'new best friend' ruin it. Healthista is a knowledgeable platform with the most professional of experts and advice. Without this, I would probably still be stuck on a hamster wheel trying to figure out my next option. Healthista made this happen with fantastic videos, tutorials and meditation videos. I initially used the app to support the female colleagues that I work with.....However, I did not appreciate how much this would help me on a deeply personal level. I had no clue that I was also on my own personal journey and plodding through the peri-menopause with no realisation, recognition or appreciation of my own journey. What a great app to have at my disposal, after using it I have changed my eating habits, increased my exercise and added in some vitamins.... with such a positive effect to my mood, sleep and sweats. I bought this for my mother as I know she suffers from Menopause. What a great idea and what a line up of experts they have! I know she’ll find this so useful, and such great value :)

Experiencing many debilitating symptoms that I have been 'getting on with' it was so useful to be able to explore each one of them with the specialist concerned all in one place. To normalise and celebrate this time of my life is what I will take from my healthista experience. I found most thought provoking how many women begin a new life challenge turning menopause into a positive experience. Such a fabulous resource highly recommend to others

I had, what I thought, was a reasonable knowledge about the menopause, but never the less, I learned more about the way hormones worked. I really liked the “happy” psychologist section, that really got me thinking about how I viewed the menopause and what I had been brought up to think what the menopause was. My mother always told me periods where called “the curse!” so all I knew was that it was a negative time, this helped me think about my menopause journey in a positive light and gave me very good evidenced based information, all in one place, that i could rely on. The advice and support videos and audio meditations were really very helpful.

The pack has short fully packed informational videos and the presenters are full of energy. I like that all the presenters share their learned knowledge as well as experiences. It makes a great difference. Above all, i am a visual and auditory learner so i enjoyed watching and listening while learning at the same time.

It's great to see such amazing work being done around the Menopause. This is a wonderful, supportive and go-to tool for anyone going through the menopause or just wanting to know more.
