Absolutely fantastic so many years post op in fact 8 years and these guys are still 100% behind and supporting me, Sally who supports me with my band adjustments over the years and now the lovely George the nutritionist who have been supporting since November and has helped me understand about what food choices to make and how it all works, everything we think we know but maybe just need it put in a different way George has been absolutely fantastic and I am going to miss him🥰

The experience unfortunately didn't meet expectations

Just a great all round service.

I had my gallbladder removed.
The admin staff were prompt and helpful with all queries and arrangements. Surgeon Professor Singhal and anaesthetist Mr Bankernally were both so informative and instilled trust. Theatre staff were reassuring as I was very nervous. The hospital (Burcott Hall) was clean and staff were professional.

Great team of people have help change my life for good, from the bottom of my heart thank you do much

Great service fast and professional but would have preferred being sent home with dressings and antibiotics x

Always a great service

Fast and efficient, professional and supportive, lots of advice and guidance, it was my first ever surgery and they made it easy,these guys know what they are doing. Very good after care.

Excellent after care as usual very helpful staff.

Really easy to book. Surgeon explained it all. Very pleased so far. One niggle is the bariatric nurse is supposed to call but no set time. I am 4 weeks post op. She has rung twice. Each time I have been in a meeting. I have called back but cannot get an answer. I have left messages but she does not return the call. If I had any queries and could not get an answer I would not be happy

I had a conversion gastric band to mini bypass 3 weeks ago with Mr Singhal in Solihull.
I made enquiry hoping to have op closer to home in Yorkshire but was told had to be Birmingham.
From the minute i spoke to Mr Singhal i felt i was in great hands. I had op 2 weeks after first enquiry.
So pleased i travelled to Birmingham , everything has gone great so far.
All the healthier weight staff, hospital staff have been brilliant . And i hate hospitals!!!
Already 2 stones down and im on the lighter side to have surgery.
Minimal pain , discomfort or issues.
No it wasn't cheap but I'm sure it'll be worth it . Heres to a healthier happier and hopefully longer rest of my life

Should have done it sooner.
I’ve not long had my surgery & 4weeks down the road I’ve lost 2 stone. From the first time I phone & enquired I’ve been talked through it the whole way. Like most money was my problem but as someone said I would get a car loan for this amount so why not for my health. Surgery was very well organised with surgeon still explaining things to me before going down. I decided to stay in for the 2 days & glad I did. Nurses were very friendly & aftercare so far has been great.

From initial contact there was always someone there to answer any questions that cropped up previous to surgery and the same afterwards anything at all was no issue for for the contact staff/nurses/dietitian...being well looked after was one of the draws that made me choose healthier weight for my procedure.

From the start the experince has been excellent and is continuing. The reviews and follow ups are always made and the nurses and surgeon remain accessable. Highly recommend Healthier Weight.

They was brilliant from the moment I contacted them. Had my gallbladder removal with Mr Melik at the pines hospital. The hospital was brilliant. My aftercare was brilliant and worrys they where there. I would definitely recommend healthier weight.

Friendly and helpful

healthier weight are always there, even after 15 years. All that staff are amazing and no question is to silly , I can't rate them highly enough.
