I ordered the Mr Slobberchops collar for my BC and the don't bug me drops for the two smaller dogs, which is horribly oily, over a week later all still scratching and have fleas. Phoned the company and apparently they don't get rid of fleas and a "multi layered approach is needed" it takes around 6 weeks to work using several products. Delivery was longer than the 48 hours I paid for too. I feel completely conned as all products are clearly not as advertised, so will end up in the bin. I was originally told the natural repellent need a couple of weeks to build up on the dog so I'm now 2 weeks further into a flea problem and several £s down.

Back in October I recieved the devastating news that my pupper Daisy had bladder cancer.
Background - Daisy at this stage was 15, and I have had her since she was 8 weeks old. I have no children (I don’t like them) my business is named after her - Daisy Mae boutique - so as you can imagine she is my whole Entire world . The vet told in October I would be very lucky if I saw Christmas with Daisy. Now let me tell you, my whole entire world was crushed.
I spent the next few days researching like crazy. I even tasked my staff members with researching also. There was 4 of us on it.

There had to be something.
I am based in Northern Ireland and I even contacted Noel Fitzpatrick supervet for advice. I was that desperate. He put in contact with Aura vet and they advised they would look to remove the tumour in a asethetics where she was still awake but wouldn’t feel it. However after discussion with my own vet, he felt it was a very big procedure and a lot of trauma for not much extra time with Daisy. And in consideration us travelling over on the boat too. We opted not to take it.

After lots of reviews and various Facebook groups we found ourselves looking at four leaf rover turkey tail mushroom. At this point we had nothing to lose.
After a discussion with our vet. I explained what it was, he said it wouldn’t interfere with her steroid and to work away.

I read extensively the reviews and felt really confident.
Christmas come and went and we still had Daisy with us. She was no different, eating, drinking and still biting my husbands ankles as he passed her. She’s a madam who loves mummy.

In April the vets got her back and took a scan of her bladder and was pretty shocked to see that the tumour had not grown whatsoever since OCTOBER. No growth whatsoever. In 6 months. He couldn’t believe it.
Daisy was on steroids from the vets but also the turkey tail.

Unfortunately Daisy lost her battle on June 3rd and she passed in my arms in her sleep whilst cuddling with mummy. She was deteriorating and we had the vet booked at 5pm but her stubbornness she went herself at 7am whilst with me.

I am truly grateful for this magic potion for giving me an additional 8 months with my baby.
Whilst I cannot confidently PROVE it, I will strongly maintain it is the sole reason why I got to keep her happy and healthy till June. She only deteriorated in the last 3 days. Even then it was she was in heart failure. So not even the bladder cancer.

Highly recommended. Great stuff. I now give my dogs this and have been since October more as a preventative measure .

Been using Healthful Pets for years now. Especially the BioSpotix for my cat to prevent fleas. Sadly given to my cats by the last person/flat I lived in in Folkestone.

Healthful pets have sold me faulty products and old dog treats on a few occasions.

Every time I reported a faulty product, expecting them to put things right they fobbed me off by saying that it is perfectly fine to consume treats past their use by date, and that the three opened and leaking dog toothpastes that spilled on to my clothes and hands are absolutely fine to use.

They keep giving hundreds of excuses, blaming it on the suppliers for sending them products with short expiry date, giving silly excuses that for the toothpastes it is the solid material that provides the benefits and that it doesn’t matter that half of the product is leaked out, and I’m left with half the quantity.

They had not offered to compensate me in any way and in contrary they blamed me and everybody else for the incidents.

They blamed me for expecting to receive products in a good condition and not expired. They blamed my dog being too small ( she is a toy breed), and for not being able to consume the treats before the short expiry date.

They arrogantly said I should call them before placing an order in order to find out if the expiry date is good. People, please know that it is not your fault, you have the right to receive fresh goods, in a good condition, that don’t cause any damage to your cloths, where you don’t have to soap your hands after handing them, and where your dog DOESN’T FALL ILL after consuming their products.

They are blaming everyone and everything except them selves for selling old and faulty goods.

I will be reporting them to the Trading Standards and you should too.

I’ve used this company a handful of times and always received my products that I’ve paid for. Never had an issue. Will continue to use whenever I need things for my dogs

I've used this shop a few times now, every time my order is dispatched on the same day and I get quick updates on delivery, very often the next working day. The range of natural and holistic products is very good. I also called up about a technical issue and left a message, I received a phone call within 15 minutes from a lovely lady who processed my order for me. Very happy with this company

I can't believe how fast items are dispatched from here. Their prices are often cheaper (I specifically find proflax and dorwest items cheaper than the own companies prices). Always receive my order within a few days every time!

I got charged £9.99 , my order was supposed to arrive on Saturday. I contacted the courier dpd AND they have not even got it and told me to contact healthful pets! Who are closed today! I will never trust healthful pets again and will consider taking legal action, actually I WILL!
DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY!
