Covered California - surprisingly helpful!
I've had to call Covered California a few times now, and I continue to have a great experience with their customer experience team. Steven was helpful and patient, walking me through my different options and why prices were what they were. It made what is usually a very stressful situation easier to deal with.

I had a great experience speaking with a Covered california customer support representative "Logan" today. Logan was extremely helpful and quickly understood my needs while updating my household information. I didn’t realize the process could be so simple — the entire call was completed in just a few minutes. Thanks to Logan for making it effortless and saving me a lot of time!
