I placed order #1165 and later found out that the product was apparently unavailable. I had requested that the order be cancelled if the item was not in stock.

However, I was never informed about the cancellation. I received no email, no update, and no communication from the company. The only way I discovered that my order had been cancelled was by checking the order status myself.

Since then, I have contacted the company several times regarding my refund, but my emails have gone unanswered. At the time of writing this review, I still have not received my refund.

The lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. If an item is unavailable, customers should be informed properly and refunds should be processed promptly. Instead, I have been left chasing information and waiting for my money to be returned.

I am now considering opening a PayPal dispute to recover my payment.

Very poor customer service and communication.

I sprinkle this into my daily smoothie which I blend in my nutribullet so using a powdered form of collagen for me is nice and convenient as I am already making the smoothie. It comes in a tub which I prefer to a pouch as I find it easy to store and keep safely sealed. If you stick to their recommended scoop serving size of around 10g then this will last you for 30 servings. At the current price that works out at around £1 per serving which is pretty reasonable.

This collagen powder arrived really quickly. I’ve tried a few other powders before, but found this one to taste much better, especially once its mixed with juice. Already starting to feel (and I think) look better! Can’t wait to see future results!

Plus, there are fewer clumps, and the taste is subtle compared to other collagen powders I've tried.
