The diet was well correlated with the strengths and potential problems found in the genetic report. The food plan was easy to follow.
The exercise modification was useful and I changed my routine from mostly strength training to a combination of steady cardio plus strength and felixbility training.

Life changing decision
In 2022, when I did my normal health check up and I got to know that my liver enzymes are high and there is a possibility of me having a fatty liver and this made me worried and overwhelmed.
