QC could have been better
Colour of the bottle is fantastic, there is a nice heft while picking it up which shows that the bottle is well made. Only think which I disliked and hence I am cutting 2 stars is the quality check. The glue holding the silicone grip over the bottle is uneven, when I got the bottle there were uneven gaps in the edges where the grip starts, and I feel in long run the glue will eventually wear off and the the grip will be of no use.

i have recently ordered brew beverage holder which was delivered to me quickly. Product quality is excellent and its way better than i expected at this price point. brew beverage holder design is unique and material used is of highest quality. I also like the packaging of the product and warranty provided on this product is great and you wont get it on products within this price range for other brands. i am more excited to try on their other range of products.

Kinda good.
Kinda good.. Good colour options are always not available. I waited for for 3 months to get the celestial halo colour for the 3 times, and it was never added to stock.

Poor customer care
They don't have a proper customer care department. It'll take you good amount of patience and time to reach them. They won't bother to update you.

Hey, I appreciate the fact that you responded to my complaint swiftly and the product was delivered to me today. It does not have the promised customization of my name on it though. That was infact something I was looking forward to.

Pathetic Customer Service — Customisation option given at the time…
Customisation option given at the time of purchase, but they don’t fulfill the customisation request. The customer service team keeps asking for the delivered products image without reading your email. And once you send the image, they stop responding to your email.

Garbage
I like you start with this time! Garbage plain and simply GARBAGE! NOT AIR TIGHT, THREADS ON STEAM BAD BOWL WON'T SEAL PROPERLY. THROGH IN TRASH. DIDN'T WANT TO SEND THEM BACK THEY WOULD JUST SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. AT LEAST 2 of them are gone
