I recently did a 4 session course of hypnotherapy sessions with Sharon and found them incredibly effective. I instantly noticed a clear shift in my habits, along with a much greater sense of calm and control around my sleep.

The sessions were relaxing, supportive, and gave me practical tools I could continue using on my own.

Sharon is just wonderful. I have had 2 sessions with her and noticed a real shift. The first session was about envisioning an unencumbered version of yourself and the whole process felt very organic and it was surprising really. I don’t think we appreciate how much some thoughts can weigh you down. The second session was similar but more focused on releasing and letting go . Add to all of this how deeply relaxing the whole experience is. It’s like a mind massage. I highly recommend Headtonic!

Such a great experience. Sharon is so welcoming and has such a calm but inspiring personality. The place is super cosy and relaxing with heated pads and blankets.
