Zenith Medicine Cabinet
Purchased a Zenith 24W X 26"H Surface Mount Espresso Wood Medicine Cabinet on 4/22/2022.
Upon opening the box I noticed minor flaws in the coating on the frame of the unit. It shouldn’t show when the product is installed, but it was a sign of more to come.
Upon closer inspection of the overall construction of the unit, I noticed that the joint where the bottom meets the left side was separated to the point where it was almost coming apart. The other three joints weren't very tightly connected either.
Due to the urgency at which I needed to have this installed, I was not in position to return it so I improvised and put some glue in each of the corner joints and then added some small nails to reinforce the joints.
Additionally, the backing for the mirror on the left door was installed askew so that with the doors closed, you could see the unfinished backing panel in between the mirrors. I was able to carefully trim the exposed panel so that it would not be visible.
This cabinet is the most poorly constructed household item I have ever purchased.
I have ZERO confidence that this cabinet will last more than 2 or 3 years in a bathroom environment.

To this day, I haven't receive a refund back from HD Supply! I sent a request for refund and called their representative in December 2021! Still nothing!
I think I need to place my orders with a different company since HD Supply doesn't value their customers. I called numerous times with wait times beyond 5 minutes and then received the go aound! or was just hung up on!

UPDATE. Never got the order. They said it wasn't in stock anymore and cancelled order. I still haven't received my refund. It's been 7 days since being told it was processed. If I don't receive it in 3 more business days I will be going to the mainstream news stations.

Don't order anything from HD Supply. I order a range glide for $9.35. The system doesn't advice you up front that there's additional fee for $10 + sales tax and freight. So the my $9.35 part came to a total of $26.59.
Yes $26.59. These days everyone is in your pocket. And by the way its going to over 2 weeks to get it. We will see. Good luck with that.

I ordered two bathroom exhaust fan motors on 12/23/2021. Their website showed delivery as 12/29/2021 but it never showed up. It now shows as delivered on 12/30/2021 and it even has a link to a proof of delivery page saying it was delivered on 12/30. The only proof of delivery I need is to have the item in hand, which I do not. They post false information about orders. Very poorly run company. Stay away.

Ordered a door in June. It was never delivered so I cancelled the order. Then, four months later, my credit card was charged for the door. After two months, countless phone calls, emails, and broken promises - I STILL do not have the refund I requested. Every single time I call I am promised the refund will arrive "within 5-10"days. I have been promised that so often over the past two months I have lost count. Their last promise was that the refund would arrive "within 24-48 hours." It has now been 96 hours ---- still no refund. Terrible experience. Wish I read reviews prior to placing a very large order. They took my money and have not delivered. Promise to deliver dates have changed multiple times. Delivered a partial but does me no good without the other items. If I could rate a zero I would have. This has screwed me up on a job I am doing and now i have no choice but to wait for the rest of my order. Now they are saying end of November...should have had as they promised on 10/3/2021. I have called customer service several times but they are no help. Never again will I order from HD Supply.

I purchased 2 shelf brackets for a refrigerator and the were the wrong ones. This was my fault. I filled out the paper work to return them and was told I would receive a return sticker within 2 days. Customer service keeps saying the warehouse will send the sticker in a separate email. It is now 6 weeks later and 8 emails and I still have not received that separate email from the warehouse.

If there was a negative I would have put that. I feel you are taking a chance if you order from here. You may not see your order for a month. When you call on that order they have no solution for you just give you a lame excuse, like they are really behind in Chicago. That's a classic, pay someone they might want to work there.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company, always getting orders wrong, packing labels on wrong boxes and then you NEED to return to FedEx because they don't take care of their customers. Really awful customer services...
Worst experience ever.
Worst experience ever.. I used to buy products from HDsupply since 2017 I must say that company is doing the worst business in 2021... it takes weeks for an order to be delivered. it says order is process for a week and when you ask them to cancel the order they don't and they hang up phone on you!! Poor Stuff and Not a good experience!! I am looking for another vendor!! Waste of time, Stay AWAY!!!
AVOID - THE WORST PURCHASING EXPERIENCE EVER!
This is by far the WORST company to purchase any products from. Several orders each time with a promise of next day delivery- none were delivered. I even tried picking up from the local warehouse - the company couldn't deliver even to their own facility. The worst part- during every single call I made to the HD Supply's customer service and solutions departments I've been told the order would get delivered next day... Now, I'm having a problem getting my money back even though I NEVER received my orders - it's been over a months since my order was canceled. The end result - a TON of WASTED time and an OCEAN of FRUSTRUATION... STAY AWAY - the likelihood of a BAD PURCHASING experience is HIGH.
