HDM Solar Omdömen

bought all my parts from HDM and they were very helpful. explained issued i had and gave me knowledge as well as supplied the parts i needed. they are very busy and supplies go out of stock

I ordered a couple of Fox ESS Batteries, a BMS unit and brackets from this company.

The units were delivered in the time period supplied, were well packaged.

I can't fault the company as everything was exactly as described.

The units were easy to fit and connect myself without any professional help as there were comprehensive instructions. Just be wary that the batteries are heavy if you need to lift them into the loft.

Easy to use website. Good value for money. A problem with transport damage was resolved automatically and efficiently. Great first experience!

Extremely professional and helpful. All staff were aware of my order and demonstrated great care and consideration to my needs and requirements.

company had issue with parcel force strike they found another courier and the parcels arrived the next day thanks to Melissa at hdm solar would highly recommend they have items in stock not pre order awaiting stock like other companies.

Great comms and prices. Kept me upto date on the status of my delivery.

I collected my solar panels today from John and he could not have been more helpful. It all went very smoothly and I am really pleased with my purchase. I recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again,

Ease of ordering and very quick delivery.

Ordering goods to Denmark went super well, the entire order fits and nothing is missing. Packaged well and very fast delivery.
Very satisfied.
For sure I will shop at HDMSolar again.

I am very happy with the service received. Nothing was too much for them when I acquired for some solar panels before my purchase and they always replied very fast and friendly.

Opposite to some other companies selling solar panels they offered as well a free pickup in Hull which was great to save delivery costs and to enjoy some time for a short visit to Hull ( the old town is quite nice ).

The "after sale" was perfect as well and again very helpful.

I know how busy companies in the solar panel business are at the moment, so it left me even more impressed how fast and friendly their customer service is.

Thank you again for all your help and I can just highly recommend them.

Very helpful and polite. Shop here if you are looking for value and high-quality customer service.

Very friendly and helpful I will be returning for additional solar items

Easy to purchase. Product arrived in a timing manner. Company quickly replied to my question. All good.

Great customer service. Super fast delivery and quality products. Already done 5 orders and all without a single issue.

Excellent customer service thanks to Melissa in sales for who nothing was too much trouble.

Speedy delivery, reasonable prices and they actually have stock! Will use again! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

After an initial enquiry and discussion by emails with Hannah Rogers, company director of HDM Solar, I ordered a 460W JA solar panel from them with a "no rush" home delivery option. The delivery was a bit delayed (14 days instead of the 7-11 days originally planned) as the company is currently very busy with a lot of installations. But during the wait, I had no problem getting in touch with someone from the company and my concerns were addressed by emails from their Customer Service within 1-2 days each time. The panel I received was from a different make (Canadian Solar instead of JA), but with exactly the same specs (mono-crystalline, size, output power, voltage, etc) so I did not mind. The panel works brilliantly and overall very pleased with my purchase. Would use the company again.
