HDM Solar Omdömen

The service from Melissa in the sales team was excellent, HDM Solar had everything I needed in stock (and probably more) their prices were fair and delivery excellent. The purchase wasn’t without incident as it’s so blooming hard to get one’s money from banks now-a-days and typically I’d left it late, but Melissa was so patient to an old codger! Thanks…

Good price, saved me £200 vs alternative. Quick and easy delivery with good communications. Very positive experience, thanks.

A great company to deal with, straightforward web site, very good prices, helpful and friendly staff.

Simple, easy transaction. Ordered late in the day, products arrived next day before lunch time.

Excellent all round! From point of ordering to delivery. 5 STARS!! 🌟

What to say about HDM sales team in Hull,

Melissa is quality with designs & quotes. Always happy to help with no sass... Had nothing but top notch service from her.

Maisie is always pleasant when answering the phone, always happy to help with enquiries and getting prices back quick. She's also good at upselling those trusty buckets.

Alex has been out to a few off our projects and used his mad drone flying skills to promote our works using HDM equipment. The guys on site always commend him on customer service. Great guy, great beard.

A great experience from start to finish. Professional, welcoming and knowledgable. What more do you need from a business? Highly recommended.

I wanted to share my experience with HDM Solar. I purchased some roof hooks and hook stops for some additional panels. Unfortunately due to my roof installation we were unable to complete the job but HDM Solar made the return very easy with a full refund. Each contact I had with HDM staff, both via email and face to face (when picking up the order from their warehouse) were helpful, friendly and clearly customer focussed. Whoever runs this organisation ensures they have recruited and trained great people. Highly recommend this organisation.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Great prices and delivery, highly recommended.

Great guys to work with, really helpful and very accommodating to our solar needs. We will be using HDM Solar again!

So pleased that I purchased my solar equipment from this company. They offered outstanding advice, were very friendly and managed to get a panel that I broke to me within a few days. Highly recommended. A pleasure to do business with. Thankyou to all the team at HDM.

Best price I could find and great service at HDMsolar. Soon after ordering on-line a SunSynk 10kW 3ph Hybrid inverter on a Sunday afternoon, where I had selected a self pick-up option, I was contacted to tell me about their brand new Unit 40 Kingfisher Lane, Dinnington S25 3AF outlet, just off the M1 near Sheffield, which was a much shorter journey from where I live. It was a seamless procedure picking up with very helpful staff ready for me to collect.

The team at HDM Solar could not have been more helpful with advice and support. They were able to source all of my preferred products for my system which included 15 high output panels, 2 batteries, a hybrid inverter, an energy diverter for hot water heating and mounting rails for my standing seam garage roof and deliver them on time. I would highly recommend this supplier!

Ordering experience was very easy. Product was packaged well and works exactly as we'd like. Delivery was quicker than predicted but was a little expensive which was why we've given 4 stars rather than 5.

Quick, secure delivery. Product as advertised. Happy.

My order was completed with no problems from start to finish

I ordered a Renusol mounting system for my solar panels , But I inadvertently ordered 1 product wrong, Instead of just sending my order as most companies would do, HDM contacted me and advised me I had chosen the wrong product, and replaced it with the right one. And I received the goods the next day, Faultless service from HDM Solar, I would Highly recommend them best customer service I have ever had, I would Highly recommend this company
